Claims (2)
- 研磨工具(1)であって、
研磨材(1−1)と、
前記研磨材(1−1)の後方に形成される研磨材ホルダ(1−2)と、を備え、
前記研磨材ホルダ(1−2)は、前記研磨材ホルダ(1−2)の前方から後方に向かって順次形成される前方水平部(1−2a)、傾斜部(1−2b)、段差(1−2c)、後方水平部(1−2d)、円形溝(1−2e)、および四角突起(1−2f)を含み、
前記前方水平部(1−2a)は円柱状であり、
前記傾斜部(1−2b)は、後方に向かって徐々に小さくなる直径を有するように形成され、
前記後方水平部(1−2d)は、前記前方水平部(1−2a)の直径よりも小さい直径を有するように形成され、
前記円形溝(1−2e)は、前記研磨材ホルダ(1−2)の外周縁に沿って形成され、前記研磨工具(1)を結合または離脱するように前記円形溝(1−2e)内にベアリング(60)が挿入され、
前記四角突起(1−2f)の各角に面取り(1−2g)が形成される、
研磨工具(1)を固定するための研磨工具固定具(200)であって、
前記研磨工具固定具(200)は、前方にキャップ(30)を含み、スリーブ(40)およびコイルスプリング(50)が順次連結され、後方に本体(20)が連結され、
前記本体(20)は、ボディ(21)と、前記ボディ(21)の後方に一体に形成された回転軸(22)とを有し、
前記ボディ(21)は、前方部分が前記スリーブ(40)の内部に位置し、突出部(21−1)が前記ボディ(21)の中間部分に形成され、
複数のベアリング溝(21−3)が前記ボディ(21)の前方部分の外周縁に形成され、前記研磨工具(1)を固定するためのベアリング(60)が前記ベアリング溝(21−3)内に挿入され、前記ベアリング溝(21−3)は、前記ベアリング(60)の直径よりも小さい直径を有するように形成され、
円形状の挿入溝(21−2)および、前記挿入溝(21−2)よりも小さい四角溝(21−4)が前記ボディ(21)の後方部分の内部に形成され、前記研磨工具(1)の四角突起(1−2f)は、前記四角溝(21−4)内に挿入され、
前記コイルスプリング(50)は、前記ボディ(21)と前記スリーブ(40)との間に取り付けられて、それにより前記スリーブ(40)は、前記研磨工具(1)の結合および離脱を容易にするために弾性によって前方に向けて支持され、
回転中に偏心が発生しないように、そして加工品の品質が向上するように、前記ボディ(21)および前記回転軸(22)は一体に形成される、
研磨工具固定具(200)。 - 請求項1に記載の研磨工具固定具(200)の本体(20)の製作方法であって、
前記本体(20)を旋削のために回転させるステップと、
旋削のために回転された前記本体(20)を熱処理するステップと、
熱処理により変形した前記本体(20)の変形部分をまっすぐにするステップと、
まっすぐにされた前記本体(20)の傾斜部を再び研磨のために回転させるステップと、
を含む、方法。
