Description
保護層として、125μm厚さを有するポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルムを使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同様に進行した。製造された色変換フィルムのPET基材フィルムのシワの程度を撮影し、その結果を図3に示した。
保護層として、188μm厚さを有するポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルムを使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同様に進行した。製造された色変換フィルムのPET基材フィルムのシワの程度を撮影し、その結果を図4に示した。
保護層として、50μm厚さを有するポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルムを使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同様に進行した。製造された色変換フィルムのPET基材フィルムのシワの程度を撮影し、その結果を図5に示した。
Claims (11)
- 基材フィルム;前記基材フィルム上に備えられた色変換層;前記色変換層上に備えられた粘着層;および前記粘着層上に備えられる保護層を含む色変換フィルムであって、
前記色変換層は、樹脂マトリックス;および前記樹脂マトリックス内に分散した有機蛍光染料を含み、
前記保護層は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルム、又は、ポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)フィルムであり、
前記保護層の厚さは、前記基材フィルムの厚さよりも厚いものである、色変換フィルム。 - 前記基材フィルムと前記保護層との厚さ比は、1:1.5から1:10のものである請求項1に記載の色変換フィルム。
- 前記基材フィルムの厚さは、1μm以上100μm以下のものである請求項1または2に記載の色変換フィルム。
- 前記保護層の厚さは、1.5μm以上1000μm以下のものである請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の色変換フィルム。
- 前記有機蛍光染料は、最大発光波長が500nmから550nmの間に存在する緑色発光蛍光染料および最大発光波長が600nmから660nmの間に存在する赤色発光蛍光染料の中からそれぞれ1種以上または同時に含み、
前記緑色発光蛍光染料の半値幅(FWHM)は、70nm以下であり、
前記赤色発光蛍光染料の半値幅(FWHM)は、90nm以下のものである請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の色変換フィルム。 - 基材フィルムを用意するステップ;
前記基材フィルム上に樹脂マトリックスおよび前記樹脂マトリックス内に分散した有機蛍光染料を含む色変換層を形成するステップ;
前記色変換層上に粘着層を形成するステップ;および
前記粘着層上に保護層を形成するステップを含み、
前記保護層の厚さは、前記基材フィルムの厚さよりも大きいものである請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の色変換フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記樹脂マトリックスは、熱可塑性樹脂を含むものである請求項6に記載の色変換フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記色変換層を形成するステップは、前記樹脂マトリックスをロールツーロール工程で前記基材フィルムにコーティングするものである請求項6または7に記載の色変換フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記色変換層を形成するステップは、前記樹脂マトリックスをロールツーロール工程で前記基材フィルムにコーティングした後、100℃から200℃範囲の温度で乾燥させるステップをさらに含むものである請求項8に記載の色変換フィルムの製造方法。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の色変換フィルムを含む、バックライトユニット。
- 請求項10に記載のバックライトユニットを含む、ディスプレイ装置。
