本発明は上記実施の形態に限らず、例えば次のように実施されてもよい。
Claims (3)
- 第1筒部と第2筒部とが内部で連通して流通路が形成されるように配置され、前記第1筒部側に設けられた第1フランジ部と前記第2筒部側に設けられた第2フランジ部とがクランプによって挟み込まれることにより、前記第1フランジ部と前記第2フランジ部とが接続される接続構造に適用され、前記第1フランジ部又は前記第2フランジ部の少なくとも一方を含む接続部の製造方法であって、
平板状の板材を環状に打ち抜いて、継ぎ目のない環状板材を形成するブランク工程と、
前記ブランク工程において打ち抜かれた環状板材を、バーリングにより、環状板部とその内周から立ち上がる立ち上がり筒部とからなるように成形するバーリング工程と、
前記環状板部の内周側を残して当該環状板部の外周側を前記内周側へ向けて折り畳むことにより、前記第1フランジ部と前記第2フランジ部との接続時に前記クランプが当接する折り返し部が環状に形成されたフランジを形成するフランジ形成工程と、
を備え、
前記フランジ形成工程では、前記環状板部の前記外周側を前記立ち上がり筒部の突出側へ折り畳むことを特徴とする接続部の製造方法。 - 前記フランジ形成工程では、前記環状板部の前記外周側を前記内周側へ向けて複数回折り畳む、請求項1に記載の接続部の製造方法。
- 前記第1筒部又は前記第2筒部の外周径よりも、前記立ち上がり筒部の内周径が大きくなるように形成され、
前記第1筒部又は前記第2筒部を前記立ち上がり筒部に挿入した状態で、前記第1筒部又は前記第2筒部と前記立ち上がり筒部とが固定される、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の接続部の製造方法。
