Claims (14)
- 多関節ロボット(16)のような、位置決めシステム(12)に接続可能な患者支持装置(10)であって、
前記患者支持装置(10)は、
患者(P)を支持するための及び/又は患者(P)と接触させるための支持面(S)を画定する上面エリア(22)及び実質的に前記上面エリア(22)とは反対側を向く下面エリア(23)を具備する、患者支持領域(18)と、
前記位置決めシステム(12)に連結されるよう構成された連結領域(26)と、
前記患者支持領域(18)と前記連結領域(26)とを接続する接続領域(24)と、
を具備し、
前記支持面(S)は、少なくとも部分的に前記連結領域(26)と前記下面エリア(23)との間に延び、
前記接続領域(24)は、実質的にC字形、弓形、及び弧状のうちの少なくとも1つであり、及び/又は、少なくとも1つの開放領域を有する多角形の輪郭を画定することを特徴とする、
患者支持装置(10)。 - 前記患者支持領域(18)は、着座エリアと伏臥エリアとのうちの少なくとも一方を具備することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の患者支持装置(10)。
- 前記患者支持領域(18)は、患者座席(70)と患者用天板(20)とのうちの少なくとも一方を含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の患者支持装置(10)。
- 前記連結領域(26)は、前記患者支持領域(18)の前記上面エリア(22)内に突出することができるように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の患者支持装置(10)。
- 前記接続領域(24)は、前記支持面(S)に対して、少なくとも部分的にある角度で延びることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の患者支持装置(10)。
- 前記接続領域(24)は、放射線治療用放射線及び医療用画像化用放射線の少なくとも一方に対して透過性である少なくとも1つのエリアを具備することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の患者支持装置(10)。
- 前記患者支持領域(18)は、前記上面エリア(22)の少なくとも一部を画定する可動部材(64)を具備し、前記可動部材(64)は、前記患者支持装置内の患者の位置を変えることができるように動くよう構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の患者支持装置(10)。
- 前記可動部材(64)は、少なくとも部分的に患者(P)を支持するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の患者支持装置(10)。
- 前記患者支持装置(10)は、前記位置決めシステム(12)によって前記患者支持装置(10)を移動させるために、オペレータ入力を受け取る少なくとも1つの移動指令装置(54)を具備することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の患者支持装置(10)。
- 前記患者支持装置(10)は、少なくとも1つの患者監視システム(42)を具備することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求9のいずれか1項に記載の患者支持装置(10)。
- 前記患者支持装置(10)は、前記患者支持装置のオペレータと患者支持装置(10)に収容されている患者(P)とのうちの少なくとも1人に、情報を表示するよう構成されている少なくとも1つの表示装置(40、52)を具備することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求10のいずれか1項に記載の患者支持装置(10)。
- 前記患者支持装置(10)は、周囲の所定のターゲット(50)と患者の体重がかかっている状態での前記患者支持領域(18)の変形状態とのうちの少なくとも1つを検出するための少なくとも1つの検出システム(46)を具備することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求11のいずれか1項に記載の患者支持装置(10)。
- 前記患者支持装置(10)は、接続線を収容するための少なくとも1つの内部チャネルをさらに具備することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求12のいずれか1項に記載の患者支持装置(10)。
- 請求項1乃至請求13のいずれか1項に記載の患者支持装置(10)と前記患者支持装置(10)に接続された患者位置決めシステム(12)とを具備する患者位置決め装置を具備することを特徴とする、患者位置決め装置。
