Claims (4)
- プロジェクタイル(1)が、プロジェクタイルの軌跡に沿って、プロジェクタイルの動作中、連続して励磁する、隣接する複数のコイル(3)によって生成される電磁力によって杼口を介して送出されるプロジェクタイル織機の電磁式横糸挿入装置であって、
前記コイル(3)は、連続するコイルのグループで励磁され、連続するコイルの個々のグループ(4)の長さが、磁気駆動したプロジェクタイル(1)の長さの30%から70%の範囲であって、励磁した連続コイル(4)のグループの位置は、プロジェクタイル(1)の位置に応じて一度に単一のコイル(3)によって連続的に前方に移動することを特徴とする電磁式横糸挿入装置。 - 連続したコイルのグループ(4)の励磁は、プロジェクタイル(1)が前記グループのコイル(3)に侵入したときに開始される請求項1に記載の電磁式横糸挿入装置。
- さらに、隣接するコイル(3)の間に配置される複数の位置センサ(5)を備え、前記センサは、コイル(3)内の通路に沿ってプロジェクタイル(1)の位置を検出し、前記位置の信号を電子制御処理ユニット(CPU)に送信して、コイルのグループ(4)を連続して励磁させる請求項1又は2に記載の電磁式横糸挿入装置。
- さらに、角度位置又は設定した織機の動作時間のサイクルに基づいて、織機から受信する、ある時間(t)での前記プロジェクタイル(1)の速度(V)又は位置(S)の外部の基準信号(9)により制御される閉ループ制御システム(10)を備え、外部の基準信号(9)は、前記センサ(5)によって検出されるプロジェクタイル(1)の実際の位置と比較され、前記コイルのグループ(4)を連続して励磁するために前記電子制御処理ユニット(CPU)に送信された前記コイルへの供給電流の信号(7)は、前記外部の基準信号(9)によって得られた値に従ってプロジェクタイル(1)の速度を低下させたり、加速させたりするために適切に調整される請求項3に記載の電磁式横糸挿入装置。
