本発明のアンダーカット処理機構において、前記ホルダーが固定され又は前記ホルダーが一体的に形成された前記固定型又は可動型は、前記成形用金型の型開き・型閉じ方向に移動可能な可動体を有し、前記可動体は、前記固定型と前記可動型とを閉じた状態で進退可能に構成され、前記保持駒は、基端部が前記可動体に固定されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (6)
- アンダーカット部を有する成形品を成形する固定型及び可動型を備える成形用金型に取付け使用されるアンダーカット処理機構であって、
前記アンダーカット部を有する成形品が、成形品本体から突出する管状の突出部を有し、前記アンダーカット部が、前記突出部の外周面に形成された突起部であり、
前記突出部の内周面を成形するコアピンと、
前記突出部の外周面を成形するスライドコアと、
前記コアピンに連結しコアピンを前記突出部の軸心方向に進退させる摺動駒と、
前記摺動駒と摺動可能に係合し、前記摺動駒を進退させる保持駒と、
前記保持駒を進退可能に収容する、前記固定型又は前記可動型に固定され又は一体的に形成されたホルダーと、
前記コアピンの移動量を規制する移動量規制手段と、
を有し、
前記ホルダーは、前記コアピンを前記突出部の軸心方向に進退可能に前記摺動駒の移動を案内する摺動駒ガイドを有し、
前記保持駒は、前記固定型と前記可動型とを閉じた状態で進退可能に構成され、
前記固定型と前記可動型とが閉じられた状態で、前記保持駒の後退に連動し前記コアピンが後退し、コアピンの移動量が前記移動量規制手段により規制された距離に達すると、前記移動量規制手段を介して前記コアピンと前記スライドコアとが係止し、以後前記コアピンと前記スライドコアとが一体となって後退し、アンダーカット部の型抜きが可能となることを特徴とするアンダーカット処理機構。 - 前記コアピンの移動量が前記移動量規制手段により規制された距離に達したとき、前記突起部と前記コアピンとの間に空間部Vが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンダーカット処理機構。
- 前記ホルダーが固定され又は前記ホルダーが一体的に形成された前記固定型又は可動型は、前記成形用金型の型開き・型閉じ方向に移動可能な可動体を有し、
前記可動体は、前記固定型と前記可動型とを閉じた状態で進退可能に構成され、
前記保持駒は、基端部が前記可動体に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のアンダーカット処理機構。 - 前記可動体が、固定側型板に対して移動可能に設けられた固定側取付板、又は可動側型板に対して移動可能に設けられた可動側受板であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアンダーカット処理機構。
- 前記コアピンと、前記スライドコアと、前記摺動駒と、前記保持駒と、前記ホルダーと、前記移動量規制手段とが、1つのユニットとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のアンダーカット処理機構。
- 固定型と、
可動型と、
請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のアンダーカット処理機構と、
を備えることを特徴とする成形用金型。
