Claims (3)
- 気密性の高い耐熱服において、前記耐熱服の胴回り周辺に吸気口の先端をジッパーや面ファスナで口径を調整することにより吸気量の流入自体を調整する手段を複数備え、前記耐熱服内の上層部に滞留する熱気及び湿気を排気するためにも用いられる着脱可能な電動ファンと、前記耐熱服の裏生地に着脱可能な冷媒体設備を備えると共に、前記電動ファンを稼働させるための着脱可能な電源ユニットを設置していることを特徴とする排気式耐熱服。
- 前記耐熱服の上層部に設置している前記電動ファンが稼働して発生する排気力を利用して、外気が開口済の前記吸気口全体からある程度均一に流入して、従来の気化熱を利用するだけでなく、前記冷媒体設備内を通過することにより変換発生する冷気や前記冷媒体設備自体にも直接または間接的に触れることにより、体感温度を快適温度へ近付けさせて、併せて前記電動ファンで前記耐熱服内の熱気及び湿気が滞留しないよう強制排気(ドライ)することにより、前記耐熱服内全体の生理的環境の改善や温度調整の幅が拡大、前記耐熱服自体が膨張しないようにすることができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載した排気式耐熱服。
- 前記冷媒体設備の設置場所については、前記吸気口周辺にできるだけ集約されて、前記冷媒体設備の中身については、着脱可能な冷却材が入った容器と、外気を通過させる通気口が冷却材と通気口を並列による配列、または冷却剤自体の中に螺旋状で通気口を設けている配列されており、前記冷却材同士の隙間にある前記通気口に外気が通過して変換発生する冷気ができることを特徴とする請求項2に記載した排気式耐熱服。
