Description
Claims (14)
- ケーブルを被取付部に位置決めするための細長いコネクタであって、
前記ケーブルが通される中空体(205)と、
前記中空体の周囲に配置された少なくとも1つのケージ(213)と、
前記ケージ(213)の径方向に配置され、内部に複数のスロット(251)を有したスリーブ(210)と、
前記少なくとも1つのケージ(213)内に保持され且つ前記中空体(205)に形成された複数のランプ面(216)上に配置された複数のロック・エレメント(215)を有し、
前記少なくとも1つのケージ(213)は、係合位置と非係合位置の間で、前記複数のランプ面(216)に沿って、前記複数のロック・エレメント(215)を移動させるように移動可能であり、
前記複数のロック・エレメント(215)は、前記非係合位置から前記係合位置に向かって、前記複数のスロット(251)を通って径方向に移動することを特徴とする細長いコネクタ。 - 前記複数のスロット(251)は、前記コネクタ内に前記複数のロック・エレメント(215)を保持するように形成されており、
前記複数のスロット(251)の少なくとも一部の幅寸法は、前記複数のロック・エレメント(215)の幅寸法よりも小さい請求項1に記載の細長いコネクタ。 - 前記複数のロック・エレメントは、前記少なくとも1つのケージ内で、前記非係合位置から前記係合位置に向かう方向と反対の方向に位置する切離位置に移動可能である請求項1に記載の細長いコネクタ。
- 前記複数のロック・エレメント(215)は、前記係合位置から前記非係合位置に向かって、且つ、前記係合位置から前記切離位置に向かって、同じ径方向の向きに移動する請求項3に記載の細長いコネクタ。
- 前記複数のロック・エレメント(215)は、前記係合位置から前記非係合位置に向かって、且つ、前記係合位置から前記切離位置に向かって、同じ軸方向の向きに移動し、
前記少なくとも1つのケージ(213)は、前記係合位置及び前記非係合位置への前記複数のロック・エレメント(215)の動きを制限するように、前記コネクタの一部に動作可能に接続されて、動作可能な接続を形成しており、
前記動作可能な接続は、前記切離位置への移動を許容するように、破断可能である請求項3または4に記載の細長いコネクタ。 - 前記少なくとも1つのケージ(213)は、互いに対して独立して移動する複数の前記ケージからなり、
前記複数のケージ(213)は、独立して弾性バイアスがかけられている請求項1に記載の細長いコネクタ。 - 前記複数のランプ面(213)は、前記複数のロック・エレメント(215)が前記非係合位置に位置する下部領域から、前記複数のロック・エレメント(215)が前記係合位置に位置する上部領域への移行面を有している請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ。
- 複数の前記ケージ(213)は、軸方向に移動可能であり、
前記複数のロック・エレメント(215)は、前記非係合位置から前記係合位置に向かって、径方向外側へ移動し、径方向へ移動するにつれて、軸方向に前記ランプ面(216)を上がるように配置されている請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記ケージ(213)の1つまたはそれぞれは、前記係合位置に向かって弾性バイアスがかけられており、
前記弾性バイアスは、バネまたはガス・ストラットによって提供されている請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記コネクタは、前方及び後方を有しており、
前記複数のロック・エレメント(215a,215b)は、前記前方側に位置して周方向に並ぶ複数のロック・エレメント(215a)からなる前方列と、前記後方側に位置して周方向に並ぶ複数のロック・エレメント(215b)からなる後方列とを構成しており、
前記前方列に含まれる前記複数のロック・エレメント(215a)は、前記後方列に含まれる前記複数のロック・エレメント(215b)に対して、軸方向にオフセットされている請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記前方列に含まれる複数のロック・エレメント(215a)が、動作可能に接続されて同時に移動し、前記後方列に含まれる複数のロック・エレメント(215b)が、独立して動作可能であるように、前記複数のロック・エレメントが配置されており、
前記複数のケージ(213)に動作可能に接続され、且つ、前記複数のケージを、前記係合位置から前記非係合位置に移動させるようになっている解放手段(227)を備えており、
前記解放手段(227)は、リリース・カラー(227)であり、
前記リリース・カラー(227)は、前記複数のケージ(213)の後方に備えられており、且つ、複数のピン(223)によって接続されており、
前記複数のピン(223)は、前記リリース・カラー(227)の後方を貫通し、且つ、延長部を備えており、前記リリース・カラー(227)が後方へ動くことによって、前記複数のピン(223)が後方に動き、前記ケージ(213)が後方に動き、このことにより、前記複数のロック・エレメント(215)が前記非係合位置に移動するが、前記ケージの後方への動きは、前記リリース・カラー(227)を動かすことなく、前記リリース・カラー(227)内を通って動くように単純に前記複数のピン(223)を動かすようになっている請求項10に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記複数のケージ(213)及び前記複数のロック・エレメント(215)が取り付けられた前記中空体(205)を備えており、
前記複数のランプ面(216)は、前記中空体(205)内に形成されており、
前記中空体(205)内を通って前記中空体から延び出るケーブルの過度な曲げを避けるための曲げ補強部材(212)に接続する手段を有したノーズ部(207)を備えており、
前記ノーズ部(207)に接続された曲げ補強部材(212)を備えており、
前記中空体(205)の後方から入って前記中空体(205)内を通るケーブルの過度な曲げを避けるための曲げ補強部材(212)に接続する手段を有したテール部を備えている請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ。 - 支持ピラー(203)に当接するように配置された円錐台状の停止面を有するハウジング(220)を備えている請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ。
- 海中コネクタであり、
海中ケーブルを風力発電装置に接続するための海中コネクタである請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ。
