Description
本出願は、2017年7月28日に出願された米国特許出願第15/662,920号の優先権を主張し、その開示は参照によりその全体が本明細書に援用される。
本開示は、一般にワンウェイクラッチに関し、より具体的には、切り替え可能なワンウェイクラッチに関する。
(1)クラッチが一方の方向(例えば、時計回り)でロックされ、反対方向(例えば、反時計回り)で自由である「ニュートラル」状態と、
(2)クラッチが一方の方向(例えば、時計回り)でロックされ、反対方向(例えば、反時計回り)でもロックされる「アクティブ」状態と、
の2つの状態間で変化させる。
Claims (8)
- 切り替え可能なワンウェイクラッチであって、
複数の傾斜プロファイルを有する内面を含むアウタレースと、
インナレースと、
前記インナレースから半径方向外側に配置されるとともに前記アウタレースに対して軸方向に移動可能な制御プレートと、
前記アウタレースおよび前記インナレースと接触可能な複数のローラと、
前記複数のローラを位置決めかつ収容するように構成され、前記制御プレートと一緒に回転するように固定されたローラケージと、
軸線に沿ってスライド可能なアクチュエータアームを有するアクチュエータアセンブリと、を備え、
前記切り替え可能なワンウェイクラッチは、前記アクチュエータアームが第1の軸方向位置にあって前記制御プレートが自由に回転する第1のモードと、前記アクチュエータアームが第2の軸方向位置にあって前記制御プレートおよび取り付けられたローラケージを回転しないように保持する第2のモードとの間で切り替え可能であり、
前記アクチュエータアセンブリは、前記アクチュエータアームに連結されたピストンと、加圧時に前記ピストンを前記軸線に沿ってスライドさせるように構成された液圧流体を受け入れる入口と、を含み、
前記ピストンは第1のピストンであり、前記アクチュエータアセンブリは第2のピストンを含み、前記アクチュエータアームは前記第1および第2のピストンの間に含まれる、切り替え可能なワンウェイクラッチ。 - 前記第1のモードにおいて、前記インナレースおよび前記アウタレースは、第1の回転方向でロックされ、前記第2のモードにおいて、前記インナレースおよび前記アウタレースは、前記第1の回転方向および第2の回転方向でロックされる、請求項1記載の切り替え可能なワンウェイクラッチ。
- 前記制御プレートは、該制御プレートから半径方向内側に延び、前記ローラケージの対応する表面特徴部と係合して前記制御プレートを前記ローラケージに固定する複数のノッチを含む、請求項1記載の切り替え可能なワンウェイクラッチ。
- 前記第1のモードにあるとき、前記アウタレースは、前記傾斜プロファイルに沿って転がるローラを介して回転される、請求項1記載の切り替え可能なワンウェイクラッチ。
- 前記ピストンは、液圧の不在下で前記アクチュエータアームが前記制御プレートから離脱するようにばね付勢されている、請求項1記載の切り替え可能なワンウェイクラッチ。
- 前記アウタレースの周りに配置されたスナップリングをさらに備え、前記第2のモードでは、前記制御プレートは前記アクチュエータアームと前記スナップリングとの間に摩擦保持される、請求項1記載の切り替え可能なワンウェイクラッチ。
- 切り替え可能なワンウェイクラッチであって、
第1のレースと、
前記第1のレースと同心の第2のレースと、
半径方向で前記第1のレースと前記第2のレースとの間に配置された複数のローラを有するローラケージアセンブリと、
軸方向に移動可能なアクチュエータアームを有するアクチュエータアセンブリと、
前記ローラケージアセンブリに結合された制御プレートと、
前記第1のレースの周りに配置され、前記第1のレースに対して固定されたスナップリングと、を備え、
前記制御プレートは、前記アクチュエータアームの軸方向の動きにより、前記第1のレース、前記第2のレース、および前記ローラケージアセンブリに対して軸方向に沿って移動して、前記第1のレースを前記第2のレースに選択的にロックするように構成され、
前記制御プレートが、軸方向において前記スナップリングから離間した第1の位置と、軸方向において前記アクチュエータアームが制御プレートを前記スナップリングに向かって押し付けることで前記スナップリングに対して摩擦で保持される第2の位置とを有するように構成される、切り替え可能なワンウェイクラッチ。 - 前記アクチュエータアームは、前記制御プレートを、該制御プレートが前記第1のレースの軸方向端面から第1の距離だけ軸方向に離間する第1の軸方向位置と、該制御プレートが前記アクチュエータアームによって回転しないように保持されかつ前記第1の距離よりも短い第2の距離だけ前記軸方向端面から軸方向に離間した第2の位置との間で移動させるように構成されている、請求項7記載の切り替え可能なワンウェイクラッチ。
