Claims (5)
- 内燃機関へ燃料を供給するためのポンプユニットであって、
ポンプ本体(4,9)と、前記ポンプ本体(4,9)に構成された少なくとも1つのシリンダ(14)と、前記シリンダ(14)の中でスライド可能に配置されたピストン(15)と、前記シリンダ(14)へ燃料を吸入するための吸入行程および前記シリンダ(14)に含まれる燃料を圧縮するための圧縮行程のときに前記ピストン(15)を動かすための操作装置(16)と、前記シリンダ(14)への燃料の供給を選択的に制御するための吸入弁(29)と、内燃機関への燃料の供給を選択的に制御するための圧力弁(30)と、を含んでおり、
前記圧力弁(30)は、前記シリンダ(14)の長軸(8)に対して同軸に取り付けられ、前記ピストン(15)のほうを向く端部面(52)によって軸方向で区切られ、前記圧力弁(30)の開放位置と閉止位置の間で可動である閉止部分(51)を含み、
前記閉止部分(51)は、前記端部面(52)で外方に向かって開いた、前記シリンダ(14)と連通するキャビティ(53)を有し、
前記キャビティ(53)は環形状を有する
ことを特徴とするポンプユニット。 - 前記キャビティ(53)は前記長軸(8)を中心として延びている、請求項1に記載のポンプユニット。
- 前記端部面(52)は球形の側方の区域(54)を含んでおり、前記キャビティ(53)は前記側方の区域(54)で外方に向かって開いている、請求項1または2に記載のポンプユニット。
- 前記ポンプ本体(4,9)を貫いて構成され、内燃機関と接続されている拡張された区域(13b)と、前記シリンダ(14)と接続されている狭隘化された区域(12)とを含む圧力配管(12,13b)をさらに含んでいる、請求項1または2に記載のポンプユニット。
- 前記狭隘化および前記拡張された区域(12,13b)は円錐台状の結合区域(41)を備える肩部を介して相互に結合されており、該結合区域は前記閉止部分(51)の球形状の結合区域(42)と流体密閉式に結合するように構成されている、請求項4に記載のポンプユニット。
