Description
Claims (13)
- 流体回路中に開口した少なくとも1本の計量ライン(1)を有し、コンベヤモジュール(3)が前記計量ライン(1)内に配置され、前記コンベヤモジュール(3)は、膜ポンプ(4)および前記膜ポンプの圧力側に配置されている弁(5)を含む、血液処理装置において、
前記弁(5)は、遮断弁と絞り弁の両方として作用することができ、
空気圧モジュール(11)によって前記ポンプ(4)および弁(5)を制御する制御ユニット(10)を更に有し、前記弁(5)内の流れ断面は、流れ抵抗を増大させて前記ポンプ(4)の流体チャンバ(8)内に逆圧を生じさせるために前記ポンプ(4)の圧力段階中、最大流れ断面に対して小さくされるようになっている、血液処理装置。 - 前記血液処理装置は、透析装置である、請求項1記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記計量ライン(1)は、凝固抑制剤の溶液のための計量ライン(1)であり、該計量ラインは、前記血液処理装置の体外血液回路中に開口している、請求項1または2記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記膜ポンプ(4)および/または前記弁(5)は、空気圧で作動させられるとともに共通の空気圧モジュール(11)に連結される、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記膜ポンプ(4)および前記弁(5)は、前記コンベヤモジュール(3)の共通ハウジング(12)内に配置されている、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一に記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記ハウジング(12)は、互いに解除可能に締結された少なくとも2つの部品を含み、第1の部品(13,14)は、前記ポンプ機構体および前記弁機構体を含み、第2の部品(15)は、前記計量ラインの流体案内容器の少なくとも1つの区分を構成している、請求項5記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(10)は、前記ポンプ(4)内の流体圧力が減少しているときに前記コンベヤモジュールからの一定の流量を保証するために、前記弁(5)内の減少流れ断面が前記ポンプ(4)の前記圧力段階中、連続的に大きくされるよう構成されている、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一に記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(10)は、前記ポンプ(4)の調整チャンバ(9)内の空気体積が前記ポンプ(4)の前記圧力段階中、一定に保たれるよう構成されている、請求項7記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(10)は、前記コンベヤモジュール(3)からの一定の流量を保証するように、前記弁(5)の前記減少流れ断面および前記ポンプ(4)内の流体圧力が前記ポンプ(4)の圧力段階中、一定に保たれるよう構成されている、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一に記載の血液処理装置。
- 請求項1〜9のうちいずれか一に記載の血液処理装置を、媒体を計量するために動作させる方法であって、
前記弁(5)は、遮断弁と絞り弁の両方として作用することができ、
前記制御ユニット(10)は、空気圧モジュール(11)によって前記ポンプ(4)および弁(5)を制御し、前記弁(5)内の流れ断面は、流れ抵抗を増大させて前記ポンプ(4)の流体チャンバ(8)内に逆圧を生じさせるために前記ポンプ(4)の圧力段階中、最大流れ断面に対して小さくされるようになっている、方法。 - 前記ポンプ(4)内の流体圧力が減少しているときに前記コンベヤモジュールからの一定の流量を保証するために、前記弁(5)内の減少流れ断面を前記ポンプ(4)の前記圧力段階中、連続的に大きくする、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記ポンプ(4)の調整チャンバ(9)内の空気体積を、前記ポンプ(4)の前記圧力段階中、一定に保つ、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記弁(5)内の前記減少流れ断面および前記ポンプ(4)内の流体圧力を、前記ポンプ(4)の圧力段階中、一定に保って前記コンベヤモジュール(3)からの一定の流量を保証する、請求項10記載の方法。
