Description
実施例1の3つの鑞付け体を、自動車マフラーの内部腐食試験法のJASO(日本自動車技術会規格)M611−92E規格である以下の方法Bに従って腐食試験した。3つの鑞付け体を、対照試料として暴露させなかった。方法Bはサイクル試験であり、1サイクルは、80℃の炉内で5回24時間浸漬し、浸漬後室温に冷却し、試薬を変更することで構成される。こうした浸漬を5回繰り返した後、6回目の浸漬は、250℃の炉で24時間行って終了させた。全部で4回のサイクルを終了させた。これは、80℃での480時間の接触および250℃での96時間の接触と等しい。必要なサイクルが終了したら、鑞付け体を取り出して写真撮影した。JASO M611セクション7.2.2に従って、60%硝酸溶液を80℃にて2時間使用し、純水ですすぎ、乾燥させることにより、付着物を除去した。その後、試料を同じ分析天秤で計量し、長さ、幅、および厚さの測定を繰り返した。JASO M611−92Eの要件に従って結果を記録した。各試料の1つを切断し、研磨し、75倍および150倍の倍率の光学顕微鏡で観察した。結果の幾つかは、図5(a)、(b)および(c)に示す。図5(a)は鑞付け試料の前面を示し、図5(a)は溶液試薬と接触させた後の試料本表面を示し、図5(c)は表面を洗浄した後の試料表面を示す。
Claims (8)
- 鑞箔用の非晶質または半非晶質の合金であって、NibalFeaCrbPcSidBeMofからなり、30原子%≦a≦38原子%、10原子%≦b≦20原子%、7原子%≦c≦10原子%、2原子%≦d≦4原子%、0原子%<e≦2原子%、0原子%<f≦5原子%であり、残部がNiおよび他の不純物であり、c+d+e<16原子%である合金。
- 9原子%≦c≦10原子%および0原子%<f≦1原子%である、請求項1に記載された合金。
- 1100℃未満の温度で鑞付けされるようになっている、請求項1に記載された合金。
- 鑞付けされた金属デバイスであって、
第1の金属部品、
請求項1に記載された合金からなる鑞箔、および
第2の金属部品
を含む、鑞付けされたデバイス。 - 鑞付け金属デバイスを製造する方法であって、
請求項1に記載された合金からなる鑞箔を、第1の金属部品と第2の金属部品との間に配置すること、および
前記鑞箔および前記第1の金属部品および前記第2の金属部品をベルト型加熱炉で加熱することを含む方法。 - 前記加熱炉温度が1100℃未満である、請求項5に記載された方法。
