Description
実施形態の難分解性物質の分解方法は、ナノ炭素材料および難分解性有機物から選ばれる少なくとも1種からなる難分解性物質と水を含む被処理水中の前記難分解性物質を分解する方法であって、図1に示すとおり、被処理水に次亜ハロゲン酸およびその塩から選ばれる1種以上からなる第1の酸化剤を添加する工程(以下、「第1酸化剤添加工程」)S1、および被処理水にペルオキシド基を含む硫黄化合物からなる第2の酸化剤を添加する工程(以下、「第2酸化剤添加工程」)S2を具備する。
(カーボンナノチューブの分解)
CCNT+2ClO−→2Cl−+CO2
HSO5 −+Cl−→H++ClO−+SO4 2−
(尿素の分解)
CH4N2O+3ClO−→N2+CO2+2H2O+3Cl−
HSO5 −+Cl−→H++ClO−+SO4 2−
(B)は、pH調整工程S4、第2酸化剤添加工程S2、第1酸化剤添加工程S1の順に行う場合を示す。
(C)は、第2酸化剤添加工程S2、pH調整工程S4、第1酸化剤添加工程S1の順に行う場合を示す。
(D)は、pH調整工程S4を行い、その後、第1酸化剤添加工程S1および第2酸化剤添加工程S2を同時に行う場合を示す。
被処理水は難分解性物質と水を含有する。難分解性物質は、ナノ炭素材料および難分解性有機物から選ばれる少なくとも1種からなる。ナノ炭素材料とは、炭素原子を主成分とするナノメートルサイズの化合物の総称である。具体的な化合物として、カーボンナノチューブ(以下、「CNT」ともいう。)、グラフェン、カーボンブラック(CB)等が挙げられる。カーボンナノチューブには、単層CNT(SWNT;Single-walled carbon nanotube)、2層を含む多層CNT(MWNT;Multi-walled carbon nanotube)が包含される。
第1酸化剤添加工程S1は被処理水に次亜ハロゲン酸およびその塩から選ばれる1種以上からなる第1の酸化剤を添加する工程である。
第2酸化剤添加工程S2は被処理水にペルオキシド基を含む硫黄化合物からなる第2の酸化剤を添加する工程である。
実施形態の難分解性物質の分解方法において、pH調整工程S4は、第1酸化剤添加工程S1の直前の被処理水のpHが5以上となるように被処理水のpHを調整する、任意の工程である。
加熱工程S3は、被処理水の温度を30〜80℃に加熱する工程であり、任意の工程である。

次亜塩素酸ナトリウム(NaClO)
(第2の酸化剤)
オキソン(登録商標、2KHSO5・KHSO4・K2SO4)
(その他の酸化剤)
過酸化水素(H2O2)
過マンガン酸カリウム(KMnO4)
(1)45度以上2500度以下の場合
分光光度計UVmini−1240(島津製作所製)により波長456.8nmの吸光度に基づいて測定する。
(2)4度以上45度未満の場合
JIS K0101塩化白金酸コバルト標準液法により測定する。
(1)20度以上500度以下の場合
分光光度計UVmini−1240(島津製作所製)により波長660.0nmの吸光度に基づいて測定する。
(2)0.5度以上20度未満の場合
JIS K0101ポリスチレン標準液法により測定する。
被処理水として水にカーボンナノチューブ(5[mg/L])が分散した被処理水A(エレクトロニクス工場排水)を用いた。被処理水Aの色度は1000度、濁度は100度、pHは8.5であった。なお、カーボンナノチューブの濃度の5[mg/L]は、既知の濃度と濁度の相関により求めた値である。
被処理水として、水中にカーボンブラックを13[mg/L]の濃度で分散させた、被処理水Bを準備した。被処理水Bの色度は1800度、濁度は180度、pHは8.5であった。
上記例1、4においては、塩素ガスの発生が確認された。よって、例9〜12では、pH調整工程を行い、第1の酸化剤を添加する工程の直前の被処理水のpHが5以上となるように調整した。
塩素ガスの発生は、ヨウ化カリウムデンプン紙の呈色反応で確認した。具体的には、第1酸化剤の添加が完了した直後に、被処理水Cの水面から上方1〜2cmの位置にヨウ化カリウムデンプン紙を設置し、5分間放置した。ヨウ化カリウムデンプン紙の呈色が認められなかった場合を、「塩素ガスの発生なし」と判定した。また、「塩素ガスの発生なし」が確認された容器周辺では臭気はなかった。
被処理水として純水に尿素を300mg/Lの濃度(TOC濃度は56.5[mg/L])で溶解した被処理水Dを調製して用いた。
Claims (7)
- ナノ炭素材料および難分解性有機物から選ばれる少なくとも1種からなる難分解性物質と水を含む被処理水中の前記難分解性物質を分解する方法であって、
前記被処理水に次亜ハロゲン酸およびその塩から選ばれる1種以上からなる第1の酸化剤を添加する工程、および
前記被処理水にペルオキシド基を含む硫黄化合物からなる第2の酸化剤を添加する工程を有し、
前記難分解性物質はカーボンナノチューブである
難分解性物質の分解方法。 - ナノ炭素材料からなる難分解性物質と水を含む被処理水中の前記難分解性物質を分解する方法であって、
前記被処理水に次亜ハロゲン酸およびその塩から選ばれる1種以上からなる第1の酸化剤を添加する工程、および
前記被処理水にペルオキシド基を含む硫黄化合物からなる第2の酸化剤を添加する工程を有する難分解性物質の分解方法。 - 前記第1の酸化剤は次亜塩素酸塩または次亜臭素酸塩である請求項1または2記載の難分解性物質の分解方法。
- 前記第2の酸化剤は過硫酸塩である請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の難分解性物質の分解方法。
- さらに、前記被処理水の温度を30〜80℃に加熱する加熱工程を有する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の難分解性物質の分解方法。
- 前記第1の酸化剤を添加する工程および前記第2の酸化剤を添加する工程の後の前記被処理水のpHが6〜11である請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の難分解性物質の分解方法。
- 前記第1の酸化剤を添加する工程の直前の前記被処理水のpHが5以上となるように前記被処理水のpHを調整するpH調整工程を有する請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の難分解性物質の分解方法。
