Claims (3)
- 流体及び熱媒体が移動する貫通孔が形成されている隔板を有する多数のプレートが上記隔板の一側に流体及び熱媒体が移動する間隙を有して積層され、上記貫通孔をそれぞれ連結する連結体を通じて上記間隙を選択的に連結して流体及び熱媒体がそれぞれ独立的に移動するように構成され、
上記間隙のそれぞれは、
上記流体が移動する流体通路、
上記熱媒体が移動する熱媒体通路、及び
上記流体通路と上記熱媒体通路との間に位置されて相変換物質が収容される間隙を含み、
上記相変換物質に蓄熱された潜熱を通じて上記流体及び上記熱媒体の間の熱交換が間接的に行われ、
上記相変換物質は、
上記流体通路と隣接して配列される第1相変換物質、及び
上記熱媒体通路と隣接して配列される第2相変換物質を含み、
上記流体通路、上記相変換物質が収容される間隙及び上記熱媒体通路が順に並んで配列され、
上記第1及び第2相変換物質が2列に連続するように配置される場合、上記第1及び第2相変換物質の間に配置された隔板には、上記第1及び第2相変換物質が流通して互いに交流するようになる流通孔が形成されること
を特徴とする、熱交換器用モジュールユニット。 - 上記間隙のうち、最外郭に位置した間隙のうち少なくとも1つの間隙には、上記相変換物質が収容されるように配列されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱交換器用モジュールユニット。
- 上記相変換物質は、パラフィンからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱交換器用モジュールユニット。
