Description
Claims (8)
- 電気波形を用いて印刷素子のアレイにおけるインクジェット印刷素子を駆動するための電子回路であって、印刷素子は前記電気波形を機械的変位に変換する圧電トランスデューサーを含み、前記電気波形は個々の印刷素子に対して調整可能であり、当該回路は、前記印刷素子から独立した共通の電気波形を提供するために、印刷データに依存する第1のスイッチを通じて前記圧電トランスデューサーに接続された共通波形生成器を含み、当該回路は固定電圧源からの電気エネルギーを前記共通の電気波形に加える第2のスイッチを制御するために前記印刷素子及び前記印刷データに依存する波形調整部をさらに含み、前記第1のスイッチ及び前記第2のスイッチは前記第1のスイッチ及び前記第2のスイッチにおける散逸の量を制限するために飽和状態又は遮断状態のいずれかで動作可能である、電子回路。
- 前記固定電圧源は前記共通波形生成器からのピーク電圧よりも低い電圧を有する、請求項1に記載の電子回路。
- 前記調整部は隣接する印刷素子の印刷データにもさらに依存する、請求項1に記載の電子回路。
- 前記調整部は前の波形に関連する印刷データに従属する、請求項1に記載の電子回路。
- 前記波形の、前記印刷素子を安定化させる部分に電気エネルギーを加えるために第3のスイッチが前記印刷素子に設けられている、請求項1に記載の電子回路。
- 前記波形調整部は前記第2のスイッチを制御するためのタイミングパラメータを含む、請求項1に記載の電子回路。
- 請求項1に記載の電子回路を含むモジュールによって接続されたプリントヘッドチップ及びドライバー基板を含むプリントヘッドモジュールであって、前記プリントヘッドは印刷素子のアレイを含み、前記モジュールは前記印刷素子に電気波形を印加するための前記スイッチを含み、前記ドライバー基板は前記共通波形生成器及び前記電圧源を含む、プリントヘッドモジュール。
- 前記ドライバー基板は前記印刷素子のアレイの印刷素子のための波形調整パラメータを保存するためのメモリを含む、請求項7に記載のプリントヘッドモジュール。
