Claims (6)
- ローラチェーンがスプロケットの回転力によって駆動する途中でローラチェーンのチェーンピン摩耗量を測定する方法であって、
騒音検出部で前記ローラチェーン周辺の騒音を検出するステップと、
音源分離部で前記検出されたチェーン周辺の騒音から前記ローラチェーンのローラと前記スプロケットの歯形部との摩擦音を分離するステップと、
音源分析部で前記分離されたローラと歯形部との摩擦音を利用して前記チェーンピンの摩耗量を予測するステップとを含む、摩擦音を利用したローラチェーンのチェーンピン摩耗量予測方法。 - 出力部で前記予測されたチェーンピン摩耗量を出力するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の摩擦音を利用したローラチェーンのチェーンピン摩耗量予測方法。
- 前記音源分析部は、前記音源分離部から前記ローラとスプロケットとの摩擦音が受信されると、データベース部に予め格納されているローラとスプロケットとの摩擦音とチェーンピン摩耗量との相関関係を用いて、前記受信されたローラとスプロケットとの摩擦音に対応するチェーンピン摩耗量情報を抽出する、請求項1に記載の摩擦音を利用したローラチェーンのチェーンピン摩耗量予測方法。
- 前記音源分析部は、前記音源分離部から時間による前記ローラとスプロケットとの摩擦音の波形を受信し、前記受信された時間による摩擦音の波形において隣り合う波形間の時間差を比較して前記チェーンピンの摩耗量を予測する、請求項1に記載の摩擦音を利用したローラチェーンのチェーンピン摩耗量予測方法。
- 前記音源分析部は、前記隣り合う波形間の時間差が大きいほどチェーンピンの摩耗量が大きいと予測する、請求項4に記載の摩擦音を利用したローラチェーンのチェーンピン摩耗量予測方法。
- 前記音源分析部は、前記隣り合う波形間の時間差を抽出し、データベース部に予め格納されている、ローラとスプロケットとの摩擦音の波形間の時間差とチェーンピン摩耗量との相関関係を用いて、前記受信された抽出された時間差に対応するチェーンピン摩耗量情報を抽出する、請求項4に記載の摩擦音を利用したローラチェーンのチェーンピン摩耗量予測方法。
