Description
Claims (8)
- 精製用リアクター及び/又は石油化学リアクター(100)に固体粒子を充填するためのアセンブリであって、
リアクター内への固体粒子の充填を均質化し及び/又は均一化するように構成された、リアクターに固体粒子を充填するためのディスペンス装置(110)と、
第一に固体粒子のリザーブ(130)に接続され、第二にディスペンス装置に接続され、上部から下部へ固体粒子を流すことができる可撓性スリーブを含む、ディスペンス装置に固体粒子を供給する供給システム(200)と、
供給システムを制御する制御システム(300)と、を含み、
制御システム(300)が、
可撓性スリーブの一部分(141)に隣接し、作動時において、可撓性スリーブの有効断面積を一部分(141)のところで減じるように可撓性スリーブの壁部を移動させるために適合され、可撓性スリーブの中を流れる固体粒子をブロックするブロック装置(310)と、
ブロック装置から離れた位置に配置され、ブロック装置を作動させる作動装置(350)と、を有し、
ブロック装置(310)が、気体供給パイプ(312)に空圧的に接続されたバルーン要素(311)を含み、
バルーン要素(311)が、ブロック装置に隣接した一部分(141)のところで可撓性スリーブが通過する硬質の又は半硬質の延長パイプ(114)に対して可撓性スリーブ(140)の壁部を押し付けるように構成されていることを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - バルーン要素(311)が、単管(312)によって空圧ネットワークに接続されるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- バルーン要素(311)が、可撓性材料によって形成され、気密的に結合された二つの平らなパーツを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のアセンブリ。
- ディスペンス装置(110)が、垂直方向に対して直角な成分の速度を固体粒子に与えるように適合された分散手段(118,119)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のアセンブリ。
- 分散手段が、ブレード(119)及び垂直軸周りにこれらのブレードを回転させるモーターを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のアセンブリ。
- 精製用リアクター及び/又は石油化学リアクターへの触媒粒子及び/又は不活性ビーズの充填を管理するための、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のアセンブリの使用。
- 請求項1に記載のアセンブリにおける供給システム(200)を制御する方法であって、
制御システム(300)が有するブロック装置(310)の遠隔的な作動を命令するステップ(417)を含むことを特徴とする、供給システムの制御方法。 - 請求項7に記載の方法のステップを実行するための指令がプロセッサによって実行されるときに、請求項7に記載の方法のステップを実行するための指令を含むコンピュータプログラム。
