Claims (2)
- 流路を有するバルブボディと、
前記バルブボディに設けられた弁座と上下動により当接して前記流路を開閉する弁体と、
前記弁体を上下動させるアクチュエータと
を備えた水素ステーションで用いる低温流体の開閉を行う制御弁であって、
前記弁座と前記弁体の当接部のいずれかの表面にコーティングが施され、前記コーティングは、コーティングした部材の材質よりも熱伝導率が高い金属である金、銀または銅のいずれか1つであることを特徴とする制御弁。 - 請求項1に記載の制御弁であって、前記コーティングがメッキによりなされていることを特徴とする制御弁。
