Claims (16)
- 通路を通って流体接続する入口及び出口を有する、弁本体と、
前記通路に装着される、シートリングと、
前記弁本体内に摺動可能に配置される制御要素であって、前記制御要素及び前記シートリングが、協働して前記弁本体を通る流体流動を制御する、制御要素と、
第1のバックアップリングと第2のバックアップリングとの間に位置する金属/グラファイトシールリング、前記第2のバックアップリングに隣接して位置するバイアス要素、及び前記第2のバックアップリングに隣接する前記バイアス要素を保持するリテーナリングを有する、シールアセンブリと、を備え、
前記金属/グラファイトシールリングが、グラファイトリング、及び前記グラファイトリングを少なくとも部分的に包囲する金属製外囲体を含み、
前記金属製外囲体が、底側、内側壁、及び外側壁を含み、
前記第2のバックアップリングが、前記金属製外囲体内に少なくとも部分的に配置される、摺動ステム制御弁。 - 前記金属製外囲体が、前記グラファイトリングの3つの側面を包囲する、請求項1に記載の摺動ステム制御弁。
- 前記金属製外囲体が、約0.0254ミリメートル〜約0.127ミリメートルの厚さを有する、請求項1又は2に記載の摺動ステム制御弁。
- 前記内側壁及び外側壁は、前記底側に対し大凡垂直上向きに延び、U字形を形成する、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の摺動ステム制御弁。
- 前記内側壁及び前記外側壁が各々、前記グラファイトリングの厚さを超える高さを有する、請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の摺動ステム制御弁。
- 前記第2のバックアップリングが、前記第1のバックアップリングよりも小さい半径方向寸法を有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の摺動ステム制御弁。
- 前記金属製外囲体が、N07718、N07750、アルミニウム、銅、及び青銅のうちの1つから形成される、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の摺動ステム制御弁。
- 前記金属製外囲体が、銀めっきでコーティングされる、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の摺動ステム制御弁。
- 高温制御弁用のシールアセンブリであって、
第1のバックアップリングと第2のバックアップリングとの間に位置する金属/グラファイトシールリングと、
前記第2のバックアップリングに隣接して位置する、バイアス要素と、
前記第2のバックアップリングに対して前記バイアス要素を保持する、リテーナリングと、を備え、
前記金属/グラファイトシールリングが、グラファイトリング、及び前記グラファイトリングを少なくとも部分的に包囲する金属製外囲体を含み、
前記金属製外囲体が、底側、内側壁、及び外側壁を含み、
前記第2のバックアップリングが、前記金属製外囲体内に少なくとも部分的に配置される、シールアセンブリ。 - 前記金属製外囲体が、前記グラファイトリングの3つの側面を包囲する、請求項9に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記金属製外囲体が、約0.0254ミリメートル〜約0.127ミリメートルの厚さを有する、請求項9又は10に記載のシールアセンブリ。
