Description
Claims (16)
- 通路を通じて流体接続する入口及び出口を有する、弁本体と、
前記通路に搭載される、シートリングと、
前記弁本体内に摺動可能に配置される制御要素であって、前記制御要素及び前記シートリングは、協同して、前記弁本体を通じた流体流動を制御する、制御要素と、
第1のバックアップリングと第2のバックアップリングとの間に位置する複合シールリング、前記第2のバックアップリングに隣接して位置するバイアス要素、及び前記第2のバックアップリングに隣接する前記バイアス要素を保持するリテーナリングを有する、複合シールアセンブリと、を備え、
前記複合シールリングは、本体部分及び前記本体部分内に埋め込まれる金属補強リングを含み、
前記金属補強リングは、Z形断面を有する、スライディングステム制御弁。 - 前記本体部分は、PTFEから形成される、請求項1に記載のスライディングステム制御弁。
- 前記金属補強リングは、両方とも弁プラグの縦軸に実質的に垂直に配向される、互いから離間される第1の部分及び第2の部分を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のスライディングステム制御弁。
- 前記第1の部分は、内縁及び外縁を有するリングであり、前記第2の部分は、内縁及び外縁を有するリングである、請求項3に記載のスライディングステム制御弁。
- 前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分に非垂直及び非水平であり、内縁及び外縁を有するリング状である、前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分との間に位置する第3の部分をさらに備える、請求項3又は4に記載のスライディングステム制御弁。
- 前記第3の部分の前記内縁は、前記第1の部分の前記内縁に連結され、前記第3の部分の外縁は、前記第2の部分の前記外縁に連結される、請求項5に記載のスライディングステム制御弁。
- 前記弁シールアセンブリは、前記弁プラグ内に形成される環状凹部に位置する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のスライディングステム制御弁。
- 前記弁シールアセンブリは、前記弁本体内に形成される環状凹部に位置する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のスライディングステム制御弁。
- 高温制御弁のための複合シールアセンブリであって、
第1のバックアップリングと第2のバックアップリングとの間に位置する、複合シールリングと、
前記第2のバックアップリングに隣接して位置する、バイアス要素と、
前記第2のバックアップリングに対して前記バイアス要素を保持する、リテーナリングと、を備え、
前記複合シールリングは、本体部分及び前記本体部分内に埋め込まれる金属補強リングを含み、
前記金属補強リングは、Z形断面を有する、複合シールアセンブリ。 - 前記本体部分は、PTFEから形成される、請求項9に記載の複合シールアセンブリ。
- 前記金属補強リングは、両方とも弁プラグの縦軸に実質的に垂直に配向される、互いから離間される第1の部分及び第2の部分を含む、請求項9又は10に記載の複合シールアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の部分は、内縁及び外縁を有するリングであり、前記第2の部分は、内縁及び外縁を有するリングである、請求項11に記載の複合シールアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分に非垂直及び非水平であり、内縁及び外縁を有するリング状である、前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分との間に位置する第3の部分をさらに備える、請求項11又は12に記載の複合シールアセンブリ。
- 前記第3の部分の前記内縁は、前記第1の部分の前記内縁に連結され、前記第3の部分の外縁は、前記第2の部分の前記外縁に連結される、請求項13に記載の複合シールアセンブリ。
- 前記金属補強リングは、S31600ステンレス鋼から作られる、請求項9乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の複合シールアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのバックアップリングは、S41600ステンレス鋼から作られる、請求項9乃至15のいずれか1項に記載の複合シールアセンブリ。
