Claims (7)
- 固定部としての軸受ハウジングに1つの軸受を介して回転軸が設けられ、前記軸受は前記回転軸の一端部に外嵌されると共に前記軸受ハウジングの一端部に内嵌され、該回転軸の他端部にアキシャルギャップ型モータのロータが外嵌され、該ロータに対峙する様前記アキシャルギャップ型モータのステータが前記軸受ハウジングに内嵌され、該軸受ハウジングの内面と前記回転軸の外面との間に前記アキシャルギャップ型モータが構成され、
前記ロータと前記ステータ間の引力が予圧として前記軸受に作用する様構成された軸支持構造。 - 固定部としての軸受ハウジングに1つの軸受を介して中空の回転軸が設けられ、前記軸受は前記回転軸の一端部に外嵌されると共に前記軸受ハウジングの一端部に内嵌され、該回転軸の他端部にアキシャルギャップ型モータのロータが外嵌され、該ロータに対峙する様前記アキシャルギャップ型モータのステータが前記軸受ハウジングに内嵌され、該軸受ハウジングの内面と前記回転軸の外面との間に前記アキシャルギャップ型モータが構成され、
前記ロータと前記ステータ間の引力が予圧として前記軸受に作用する様構成され、
前記回転軸の一端部には、該回転軸の回転角を検出する角度検出器が設けられ、前記回転軸の内部に偏向光学部材が設けられ、該偏向光学部材を通してレーザ光線が射出される様構成されたレーザ光線照射ユニット。 - 前記偏向光学部材は、プリズムである請求項2に記載のレーザ光線照射ユニット。
- 前記偏向光学部材は、フレネルプリズムである請求項2に記載のレーザ光線照射ユニット。
- 請求項2のレーザ光線照射ユニットを同一軸心上に複数連設したレーザ光線照射ユニット。
- 整準部と、該整準部に設けられた水平回転部と、該水平回転部に設けられ、水平方向に回転可能な托架部と、該托架部の水平回転角を検出する水平角検出器と、前記托架部に支持されたレーザ光線射出部とを具備し、該レーザ光線射出部は、測距光を射出し、測定対象物からの反射測距光を受光し測定対象物迄の測距を行う測距部と、制御装置と、前記測距部の光軸上に設けられた請求項2のレーザ光線照射ユニットとを有し、前記測距光は前記レーザ光線照射ユニットを通して射出される様構成され、前記制御装置は、前記測距部から得られる測距結果と、前記水平角検出器及び前記角度検出器からの検出結果に基づき測定点の3次元座標を取得する測量装置。
- 前記アキシャルギャップ型モータによる前記偏向光学部材の回転と、前記水平回転部による前記托架部の水平回転の協働により、前記測距光を所要範囲で走査し、前記測距部により所要範囲の点群データを取得する様構成した請求項6に記載の測量装置。
