Claims (7)
- リング状の保持部材と、該保持部材を挾み両側に該保持部材と同心に配設されたリングギアと、前記保持部材の両側に該保持部材と前記リングギアとの間に前記保持部材と同心に配設されたベアリングと、前記リングギアの中央部に該リングギアと一体に設けられた偏向光学部材と、前記リングギアそれぞれに対応して設けられた偏向モータと、該偏向モータの回転力を前記リングギアに伝達する駆動伝達手段とを具備し、前記ベアリングの外輪が前記保持部材、前記リングギアのいずれか一方に形成された外輪嵌合部と嵌合固定され、前記ベアリングの内輪が前記保持部材、前記リングギアのいずれか他方に形成された内輪嵌合部と嵌合固定され、両側の前記リングギアがそれぞれ独立して回転可能に前記保持部材に支持され、前記各偏向モータにより前記リングギアと一体に前記偏向光学部材を独立して回転可能とした偏向装置。
- 前記リングギアの前記保持部材に対向した面にリング状の溝が形成され、該溝の内縁部が前記保持部材側に突出し、前記内輪嵌合部を形成し、前記保持部材外縁が前記リングギア側に突出し、前記外輪嵌合部を形成した請求項1に記載の偏向装置。
- 前記リングギアの前記保持部材に対向した面にリング状の溝が形成され、該溝の外縁部が前記保持部材側に突出し、前記外輪嵌合部を形成し、前記保持部材内縁が前記リングギア側に突出し、前記内輪嵌合部を形成した請求項1に記載の偏向装置。
- 前記偏向光学部材は、複数のプリズムが平行に配列されて構成される請求項1〜請求項3に記載の偏向装置。
- 前記リングギアがタイミングプーリであり、前記偏向モータの出力軸に駆動タイミングプーリが設けられ、前記リングギアと前記駆動タイミングプーリ間にタイミングベルトが設けられ、前記リングギアは前記タイミングベルトを介し前記偏向モータによって回転される請求項1〜請求項3に記載の偏向装置。
- 前記外輪嵌合部と前記ベアリングの外輪が接着され、前記内輪嵌合部と前記ベアリングの内輪とが接着された請求項2又は請求項3に記載の偏向装置。
- 測距光を発する発光素子と、前記測距光を射出する測距光射出部と、反射測距光を受光する受光部と、前記反射測距光を受光し、受光信号を発生する受光素子とを有し、該受光素子からの前記受光信号に基づき測定対象物の測距を行う測距部と、測距光軸上に設けられ、該測距光軸を偏向する光軸偏向部と、前記測距光軸の偏角を検出する射出方向検出部と、前記光軸偏向部の偏向作用及び前記測距部の測距作用を制御する演算制御部とを具備し、前記光軸偏向部は、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1つであり、前記演算制御部は、前記射出方向検出部が検出した偏角に基づき前記測定対象物の水平角、鉛直角を測定し、前記測距部からの距離値及び前記水平角、鉛直角から、前記測定対象物の3次元座標を求める様構成した測量機。
