Claims (6)
- 水平回転軸線(10)周りに回転可能な転炉(1)において、塊状の鉄源用いて鋼を製造する方法であって、
転炉底部(3)の領域内のノズル(4)を通して、燃料及び酸化ガスを高温の前記転炉(1)に注入し、前記転炉(1)に対して、前記転炉底部(3)に対向する転炉口部(8)から塊状の鉄源を供給し、予熱された投入材料(12)に溶融鉄が供給される前に、高温の燃料ガスを前記投入材料(12)を通過させることで、前記転炉(1)の吹錬位置において、前記溶融鉄を鋼に精錬する方法において、
前記燃料及び酸化ガスを、前記転炉底部(3)の領域内の前記ノズル(4)から、前記投入材料(12)の上方に形成された燃焼室(15)に注入して、前記投入材料(12)を流れる燃料ガスが火格子(13)を通って排出される前に、前記鉄源が投入された前記転炉(1)を、その投入位置から、前記転炉口部(8)が下を向いて前記火格子(13)によって閉鎖された後に前記転炉底部(3)が上を向く予熱位置へと、回転軸線(10)の周りに回転させ、
前記投入材料(12)が予熱された後、前記溶融鉄を供給するために前記転炉(1)を前記投入位置に戻して、前記転炉口部(8)を開くことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記転炉口部(8)を前記火格子(13)によって閉鎖して前記転炉(1)を前記予熱位置へと回す前に、前記燃料及び酸化ガスを底部から注入することにより、前記転炉(1)の前記吹錬位置において、前記投入材料(12)内にある前記燃料を少なくとも部分的に燃焼させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記転炉口部(8)を前記火格子(13)によって閉鎖して前記転炉(1)を前記予熱位置へと回す前に、酸素を前記投入材料(12)上に吹き込むことにより、前記転炉(1)の前記吹錬位置において、前記投入材料(12)内にある前記燃料を少なくとも部分的に燃焼させることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記投入材料(12)を予熱している間、前記転炉(1)を前記予熱位置から前後に回すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記転炉(1)の前記予熱位置において、前記燃料及び酸化ガスを、転炉外殻(6)を通して前記投入材料(12)内に直接吹き込むことにより、前記投入材料(12)を前記燃料ガスによって更に加熱することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記転炉(1)の前記予熱位置において、前記転炉口部(8)を閉鎖する前記火格子(13)から漏出する排ガスの温度に応じて、前記転炉底部(3)の領域内の前記ノズル(4)を通した前記燃料及び酸化ガスの供給を制御することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
