Claims (14)
- セラミックマトリックス複合材料ガスタービン部品を製作するプロセスであって、
前記セラミックマトリックス複合材料ガスタービン部品の高温ガス経路に沿ってシールスロット内に配置された表面を改修して、3ミクロン未満の表面粗さを有する改修表面を製作する工程と、
金属製のシールが前記改修表面に接触するように前記シールを前記シールスロット内に配置する工程と、
を含み、
前記改修表面は、実質的に繊維を欠いており、
前記改修は、
ケイ素と炭素とを含む材料を蒸着する工程を含む、プロセス。 - セラミックマトリックス複合材料ガスタービン部品を製作するプロセスであって、
セラミックマトリックス複合材料ガスタービン部品の表面を改修して、6ミクロン未満の表面粗さの改修表面を製作する工程を含み、
前記改修表面は、金属製の延性シールと接触し、
前記改修は、
非研磨材料を使用して前記表面を研磨機械加工する工程を含み、
非研磨材料を使用して前記表面を研磨機械加工する工程は、
前記表面の裂け目に前記非研磨材料の少なくとも一部を堆積させる工程を含む、プロセス。 - ガスタービン部品のセラミックマトリックス複合材料表面を研磨機械加工するプロセスであって、
非研磨材料を準備する工程と、
前記非研磨材料を前記セラミックマトリックス複合材料表面に隣接して配置する工程と、
前記非研磨材料の少なくとも一部を、少なくとも約300の研磨機械加工サイクルを実行することで前記セラミックマトリックス複合材料表面の裂け目に堆積させる工程と、
を含み、
前記セラミックマトリックス複合材料表面は、金属製の延性シールと接触し、
前記研磨機械加工サイクルの各々は、非研磨材料又はセラミックマトリックス複合材料表面の少なくとも一方を他方に対して移動させることを含む、ことを特徴とするプロセス。 - セラミックマトリックス複合材料ガスタービン部品を製作するプロセスであって、
前記セラミックマトリックス複合材料ガスタービン部品のシールスロット内の表面を改修して、6ミクロン未満の表面粗さを有する改修表面を製作する工程と、
金属製の延性シールを前記シールスロット内に配置する工程と、
を含み、
前記表面は、前記延性シールと接触する、セラミックマトリックス複合材料ガスタービンの回転翼形部のダブテール取付け面、及び前記セラミックマトリックス複合材料ガスタービンの非回転翼形部のダブテール取付け面からなるグループから選択され、
前記改修表面は、実質的に繊維を欠いており、
前記改修は、
非研磨材料を使用して前記表面を研磨機械加工する工程とを含み、
非研磨材料を使用して前記表面を研磨機械加工する工程は、
前記表面の裂け目に前記非研磨材料の少なくとも一部を堆積させる工程を含み、
前記裂け目は、補強されていないマトリックスプライ及び繊維強化プライからなるグループから選択されるプライによって形成される、プロセス。 - 前記表面は、セラミックマトリックス複合材料ガスタービンの回転翼形部のダブテール取付け面、及び前記セラミックマトリックス複合材料ガスタービンの非回転翼形部のダブテール取付け面からなるグループから選択される、請求項2または3に記載のプロセス。
- 前記改修は、研磨材料を使用して前記表面を研磨機械加工する工程と、非研磨材料を使用して前記表面を研磨機械加工する工程を含む、請求項2または4に記載のプロセス。
- 前記裂け目は、補強されていないマトリックスプライ及び繊維強化プライからなるグループから選択されるプライによって形成される、請求項2、3、5または6に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスは、製造プロセスである、請求項2乃至7のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスは、修理プロセスである、請求項2乃至7のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記改修表面は、約0.015重量%のホウ素、約0.05重量%から約0.15重量%の炭素、約20重量%から約24重量%のクロム、約3重量%の鉄、約0.02重量%から約0.12重量%のランタン、約1.25重量%のマンガン、約20重量%から約24重量%のニッケル、約0.2重量%から約0.5重量%のケイ素、約13重量%から約15重量%のタングステン、及び残部コバルトの組成物を有する堆積材料を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記表面は、前記セラミックマトリックス複合材料ガスタービン部品の高温ガス経路に沿ってシールスロット内に位置決めされ、前記表面は、前記シールスロット内に配置され得た他の表面に対向して配置される、請求項2乃至10のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 約500から約10,000の研磨機械加工サイクルを実行する工程をさらに含む、請求項2乃至9のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記非研磨材料は、ニッケル基合金を含む、請求項2乃至9のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記改修は、前記表面にろう付けペーストの施工をする工程と、非研磨材料を使用して前記表面を研磨機械加工する工程を含む、請求項2または4に記載のプロセス。
