Abstract
【解決手段】セラミックマトリックス材料から構成され、取付け位置を含む本体であって、高温環境下にさらされる間、第2の構成部品と隣接するように構成されている本体と、取付け位置の前記表面の少なくとも一部分を画定し、マトリックス側面(42)および外側面(40)を有する界面層(38)であって、前記高温環境下にさらされる間、本体と第2の構成部品との間に挿入され、マトリックス側面(42)が冶金技術によって本体に結合されている界面層(38)とを備える一体化層により、金属表面が隣接する取付け位置に延性界面が設けられる。この延性の層は、取付け位置から複合体の中へと有利な負荷分散をもたらし、金属シムが不要となる。

Description
本発明は、セラミックマトリックス材料から構成される本体を含むタービン機関構成部品を対象とする。この本体は、取付け位置を含み、この取付け位置は、構成部品の表面の少なくとも一部分を画定するとともに、タービン機関の動作中に第2のタービン機関構成部品と隣接するように構成されている。界面層が、取付け位置の表面の少なくとも一部分を画定し、マトリックス側面と外側面を有する。この界面層は、タービン機関の動作中、本体と第2のタービン機関構成部品との間に挿入され、界面層のマトリックス側面が冶金技術によって本体に結合されている。
このようにして、複合体タービン機関構成部品などの構成部品に界面層38が設けられる。界面層38のシリコンは、隣接する金属ハードウェアまたはディスクとより適合可能な硬度を有し、それによって摩耗が低減される。また、界面層38のシリコンによって、コンプライアントな厚さの材料がもたらされ、それによって負荷が、隣接する表面間の広い領域にわたって、例えばディスク12の対合表面34からセラミック複合体層へと分散される。

Claims (10)
- セラミックマトリックス材料から構成され、取付け位置を含む本体であって、前記取付け位置が、構成部品の表面の少なくとも一部分を画定するとともに、高温環境下にさらされる間、第2の構成部品と隣接するように構成されている本体と、
前記取付け位置の前記表面の少なくとも一部分を画定し、マトリックス側面(42)および外側面(40)を有する界面層(38)であって、前記高温環境下にさらされる間、前記本体と前記第2の構成部品との間に挿入され、前記マトリックス側面(42)が冶金技術によって前記本体に結合されている界面層(38)とを備える、高温環境下で使用する構成部品。 - 前記構成部品がタービン機関構成部品である、請求項1記載の構成部品。
- 前記セラミックマトリックス材料が炭化ケイ素である、請求項1記載の構成部品。
- 前記界面層(38)がシリコンから構成される、請求項1記載の構成部品。
- 前記界面層(38)が、シリコン、炭化ケイ素、窒化ホウ素、二ケイ化モリブデン、およびそれらの合金からなる群から選択される、請求項1記載の構成部品。
- 前記界面層(38)が炭化ケイ素およびシリコンの傾斜層であり、前記界面層(38)が前記マトリックス側面(42)から前記外側面(40)に向かうにつれてより多量のシリコンから構成される、請求項1記載の構成部品。
- 前記界面層(38)が炭化ケイ素、シリコン、窒化ホウ素、および二ケイ化モリブデンの傾斜層であり、前記界面層(38)が前記外側面(40)から前記マトリックス側面(42)に向かうにつれてより高濃度の炭化ケイ素から構成される、請求項1記載の構成部品。
- 前記界面層(38)の前記外側面(40)が、前記本体の表面よりも低い硬度の表面をもたらす、請求項1記載の構成部品。
- 前記界面層(38)が、動作負荷を、前記本体と前記第2の構成部品との間で広い領域にわたって分散させる、請求項1記載の構成部品。
- 前記界面層(38)が、化学結合によって複合体表面上に形成される、請求項1記載の複合体タービン機関構成部品。
