Description
サンプル1〜3
薄赤色酸化鉄着色用液体懸濁液配合物を、第1A表に示す成分および量に従って調製し、安定化された粉末状の分散性スメクタイト粘土チキソトロープ添加剤を含有する比較サンプル1、デュータン多糖類チキソトロープ添加剤を含有するサンプル2および3を得た。粘土はセルロース材料で安定化させた。
黄色酸化鉄着色用液体懸濁液配合物を、第2A表に示す成分および量に従って調製し、多糖類デュータンチキソトロープ添加剤を含有するサンプル4および5を得た。
黒色酸化鉄着色用液体懸濁液配合物を、第3A表に示す成分および量に従って調製し、粉末状の分散性スメクタイト粘土チキソトロープ添加剤を含有する比較サンプル8、多糖類デュータンチキソトロープ添加剤を含有するサンプル9および10を得た。
中程度の赤色酸化鉄着色用液体懸濁液配合物を、第4A表に示す成分および量に従って調製し、安定した粉末状の分散性スメクタイト粘土チキソトロープ添加剤を含有する比較サンプル11および多糖類デュータンチキソトロープ添加剤を含有するサンプル12を得た。安定性を7日後に視覚的に評価し、その際、サンプルの150グラム部分を、50°F、70°Fおよび90°Fに保持した。比較サンプル11は、3つの温度すべてで水分離を示したが、サンプル12は、いずれの温度においても水分離を示さなかった。
黒色酸化鉄/カーボンブラック着色用液体懸濁液配合物を、第5A表に示す成分および量に従って調製し、ポリアクリレート分散剤で分散された粉末状のスメクタイト粘土チキソトロープ添加剤を含有する比較サンプル13および多糖類デュータンチキソトロープ添加剤を含有するサンプル14を得た。
多糖類デュータンチキソトロープ添加剤を含有する黒色酸化鉄/カーボンブラック着色用液体懸濁液配合物を、第6表に示す成分および量に従って調製した。粘度測定値は、4日目および9日目で一定であり、この期間にわたる安定性を示している。このサンプルを、以下の第10表に報告する比較粘土含有サンプルと比較して、セメント質組成物中で様々な濃度にて試験した。
多糖類デュータンチキソトロープ添加剤を含有する黒色および薄赤色酸化鉄着色用液体懸濁液配合物を、第7表に示す成分および量に従って調製した。サンプル16の配合物にはNaOHを一切添加せず、サンプル17の配合物には初期NaOHを添加しなかった。それにもかかわらず、配合物の目標pH9(比較粘土サンプルの安定化のための目標である)からのずれはほとんどなく、サンプル16の粘度測定は、多糖類デュータンチキソトロープ添加剤を含有する着色用液体懸濁液が経時的に一定の粘度を維持することを示した。
白色酸化チタン着色用液体懸濁液配合物を、第8表に示す成分および量に従って調製した。二酸化チタンのサイズおよび粒子形状が、分散液の安定性を維持するために懸濁液のより低い粘度を可能にした。
本着色用液体懸濁液のサンプルを、粘土含有着色用液体懸濁液と比較して、また着色用混和剤を含まないセメント質組成物に対して、セメント質組成物中で試験した。セメント質配合設計および結果(スランプまたはスランプフローおよび重量法空気量(gravimetric air content))を、以下の第9表および第10表に報告する。
ガラス撹拌棒を用いて、400mLのビーカー中4.5gのポリエチレングリコール200(PEG200)に0.75gのガムを分散させる。均質なスラリーが得られた後に、299mLの合成水道水(1000ppmのNaClおよび147ppmのCaCl2・2H2Oを含有する脱イオン水)をスラリー混合物中に注ぐ。低ピッチのプロペラ型撹拌機を用いて溶液を800rpmで撹拌する。4時間撹拌した後、温度を25℃(77°F)に調節し、撹拌せずに30分間静置させる。LVスピンドル#1を使用して、このスピンドルを3分間回転させた後に、2.5+トルクスプリング(またはModel DVE2.5+のような同等の機器)を備えたブルックフィールドモデルLV粘度計を使用して3rpmで粘度を測定する。
Claims (20)
- セメント質組成物のための着色用液体懸濁液であって、
a)液体と、
b)ポリカルボキシレート分散剤と、
c)顔料と、
d)多糖類チキソトロープ添加剤であるデュータンガムまたはウェランガムと
を含み、ここで、着色用液体懸濁液の1日目の粘度が200〜4000センチポアズであり、かつ、着色用液体懸濁液が、ポリアルキレンオキサイドを含まず、かつ、着色用液体懸濁液の全重量を基準として、ポリカルボキシレート分散剤固形分の量が、0.5%〜3%であり、顔料固形分の量が、50%〜75%であり、かつ多糖類チキソトロープ添加剤の量が、0.025%〜1%である、着色用液体懸濁液。 - 着色用液体懸濁液の全重量を基準として、ポリカルボキシレート分散剤固形分の量が、1%〜2.5%であり、顔料固形分の量が、53%〜70%であり、かつチキソトロープ添加剤の量が、0.1%〜0.7%である、請求項1に記載の着色用液体懸濁液。
- 液体が水を含む、請求項1または2に記載の着色用液体懸濁液。
- 顔料が無機顔料を含む、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の着色用液体懸濁液。
- 無機顔料がカーボンブラックを含むか、または酸化鉄、酸化クロム、酸化アルミニウム、クロム酸鉛、酸化チタン、亜鉛白、酸化亜鉛、硫化亜鉛、鉛白、鉄マンガンブラック、コバルトグリーン、マンガンブルー、マンガンバイオレット、スルホセレン化カドミウム、クロムオレンジ、ニッケルチタンイエロー、クロムチタンイエロー、硫化カドミウム、亜鉛黄、コバルトブルー、ウルトラマリンブルーもしくはこれらの混合物の少なくとも1種を含む金属含有顔料を含む、請求項4に記載の着色用液体懸濁液。
- 顔料が有機顔料を含む、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の着色用液体懸濁液。
- 有機顔料がフタロシアニンを含む、請求項6に記載の着色用液体懸濁液。
- さらに、分散剤、減水剤、殺真菌性混和剤、殺虫性混和剤または殺菌性混和剤の少なくとも1種を含む、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の着色用液体懸濁液。
- 着色用液体懸濁液が添加された水硬性セメントを含む着色セメント質組成物であって、着色用液体懸濁液が、
a)液体と、
b)ポリカルボキシレート分散剤と、
c)顔料と、
d)多糖類チキソトロープ添加剤であるデュータンガムまたはウェランガムと
を含み、ここで、着色用液体懸濁液の1日目の粘度が200〜4000センチポアズであり、着色用液体懸濁液が、ポリアルキレンオキサイドを含まず、かつ、セメント質バインダーの全乾燥重量を基準として、ポリカルボキシレート分散剤固形分の量が、0.0008%〜0.51%であり、顔料固形分の量が、0.1%〜10%であり、かつチキソトロープ添加剤の量が、0.00008%〜0.17%である、着色セメント質組成物。 - 液体が水を含む、請求項9に記載の着色セメント質組成物。
- 顔料が無機顔料を含む、請求項9または10に記載の着色セメント質組成物。
- 無機顔料がカーボンブラックを含むか、または酸化鉄、酸化クロム、酸化アルミニウム、クロム酸鉛、酸化チタン、亜鉛白、酸化亜鉛、硫化亜鉛、鉛白、鉄マンガンブラック、コバルトグリーン、マンガンブルー、マンガンバイオレット、スルホセレン化カドミウム、クロムオレンジ、ニッケルチタンイエロー、クロムチタンイエロー、硫化カドミウム、亜鉛黄、コバルトブルー、ウルトラマリンブルーまたはこれらの混合物の少なくとも1種を含む金属含有顔料を含む、請求項11に記載の着色セメント質組成物。
- 顔料が有機顔料を含む、請求項9または10に記載の着色セメント質組成物。
- 有機顔料がフタロシアニンを含む、請求項13に記載の着色セメント質組成物。
- セメント質バインダーの全乾燥重量を基準として、ポリカルボキシレート分散剤固形分の量が、0.004%〜0.25%であり、顔料固形分の量が、0.25%〜6%であり、かつチキソトロープ添加剤の量が、0.0004%〜0.07%である、請求項9から14までのいずれか1項に記載の着色セメント質組成物。
- 水対セメント比が、0.25〜0.7である、請求項9から15までのいずれか1項に記載の着色セメント質組成物。
- セメントが、ポルトランドセメント、改質ポルトランドセメント、メーソンリーセメントまたはこれらの混合物の少なくとも1種を含む、請求項9から16までのいずれか1項に記載の着色セメント質組成物。
- さらに、着色用液体懸濁液以外に、空気連行剤、硬化促進剤、硬化遅延剤、空気遮断剤、発泡剤、腐食防止剤、収縮低減混和剤、亀裂低減混和剤、減水剤、繊維、ポゾラン、強度向上剤、レオロジー改質剤、撥水剤、湿潤剤、水溶性ポリマー、防湿混和剤、ガス形成剤、透過性低減剤、ポンプ輸送助剤、殺真菌性混和剤、殺菌性混和剤、殺虫性混和剤、骨材、アルカリ反応低減剤、結合混和剤、ポリマー微小球またはこれらの混合物の少なくとも1種を含むセメント混和剤または添加剤を含む、請求項9から17までのいずれか1項に記載の着色セメント質組成物。
- 骨材が、シリカ、石英、粉砕大理石、ガラス球、花崗岩、石灰岩、方解石、長石、漂砂または砂の少なくとも1種を含む、請求項18に記載の着色セメント質組成物。
- ポゾランが、天然ポゾラン、メタカオリン、フライアッシュ、シリカフューム、焼成粘土または高炉スラグの少なくとも1種を含む、請求項18に記載の着色セメント質組成物。
