Claims (15)
- 片面上に低放射率透明コーティングを有し、このコーティング上に1種以上のセラミック顔料を含有するエナメル層を有しているテンパー処理した無機ガラス基材を含むガラス板であり、前記エナメル層が、前記低放射率層の一部分だけを覆い、別の部分を未被覆のままにしている、ガラス板であって、
前記セラミック顔料のうちの少なくとも50wt%、好ましくは少なくとも80wt%、特に少なくとも95wt%が、1000nmでの反射率が標準規格ASTM E 903に従って測定して少なくとも40%に等しく、かつ明度L*が30未満である、近赤外線(NIR)を反射するセラミック顔料から選ばれていることを特徴とする、ガラス板。 - 前記エナメル層のセラミック顔料の合計含有量が、前記エナメル層の合計重量に対して、20wt%と40wt%の間、好ましくは30wt%と39wt%の間、特に35wt%と38wt%の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガラス板。

- 近赤外線を反射する単数又は複数の前記顔料が、鉄クロマイト及び鉄ニッケルクロマイトから選ばれていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板。

- 前記エナメル層が、テンパー処理した前記無機ガラス板の端部近くの前記低放射率層の周縁部分を覆っていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板。
- 近赤外線を反射する前記顔料が、平均直径が500nmと10μmの間、好ましくは600nmと5.0μmの間、特に700nmと3μmの間の粒子から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板。
- 前記エナメル層の1000nmでの反射率(標準規格ASTM E 903に従って測定される)が、13%より大きく、好ましくは15%より大きく、特に18%より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板。
- 前記低放射率層の標準規格ISO 10292:1994(付属書A)に従って測定される放射率が、0.01と0.30の間、好ましくは0.03と0.25の間、特に0.05と0.20の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板を少なくとも1枚含む、オーブンドア。
- 複数の板を有するグレージングであること、かつ、前記ドアをオーブンに取り付けたときに前記低放射率層がオーブンの空洞部の方を向くことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のオーブンドア。
- 低放射率層で被覆したホウケイ酸ガラス製又はソーダ石灰ガラス製の板が、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板と前記オーブンの前記空洞部との間に配置されて、後者を前記オーブンの前記空洞部から切り離していることを特徴とする、請求項11又は12に記載のオーブンドア。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板を少なくとも1枚含む、冷蔵庫ドア。
- 下記のことを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板を製造するための方法:
・面のうちの少なくとも1つの上に低放射率透明コーティングを有する無機ガラス基材を提供すること、
・前記低放射率透明コーティングの一部分のみに、ガラスフリットと1種以上のセラミック顔料とを含む着色したガラスペーストを適用し、前記セラミック顔料のうちの少なくとも50wt%、好ましくは少なくとも80wt%、特に少なくとも95wt%は、1000nmでの反射率が標準規格ASTM E 903に従って測定して少なくとも40%に等しく、かつ明度L*が30未満である、近赤外線(NIR)を反射するセラミック顔料から選ぶこと、
・こうして得られたガラス板を近赤外線源により照射して、それによりそれをその軟化点に近い温度まで加熱すること、
・前記ガラス板を熱によりテンパー処理すること。
