Description
Claims (12)
- 車両損傷を判定するための画像に基づく方法であって、
自動車構成要素である自動車部分に対応する自動車部分画像を取得するステップと、
前記自動車部分の被損傷範囲および損傷種類を判定するために、構築された構成要素損傷識別モデルを使用することによって前記自動車部分画像を検査するステップと、
前記自動車部分の前記被損傷範囲および前記損傷種類を含む情報に基づいて、一の自動車部分に対して一の修理計画を作成するステップと、
前記自動車部分の修理方針に関する情報を取得するステップであって、それに対応して、前記修理計画は、前記修理方針に対応する推定修理価格をさらに含むことができ、前記推定修理価格は、前記自動車部分の前記被損傷範囲、前記損傷種類、および前記修理方針を含む前記情報に基づいて、かつ、前記修理方針における前記自動車部分の製品および/または修理サービスに対応する価格データを問い合わせした後に、計算される、前記自動車部分の推定修理価格である、ステップと
を含み、
現在処理されている自動車部分画像が少なくとも2つの被損傷範囲を含んでいることが確認された場合、前記構成要素損傷識別モデルは、
前記自動車部分画像に基づいて、前記自動車部分の前記被損傷範囲および前記被損傷範囲に対応する損傷種類を識別することと、
前記損傷種類のうち、最も高い損傷程度を示す損傷種類に対応する被損傷範囲を前記自動車部分の前記被損傷範囲として選択することであって、それに対応して、前記最も高い損傷程度の前記損傷種類が、前記自動車部分の判定された損傷種類である、選択することと
を行うように構成されている、画像に基づく方法。 - 前記構成要素損傷識別モデルが、
サンプルデータ訓練の後に、かつ、畳み込みニューラルネットワークおよび領域提案ネットワークを含むネットワークモデルに基づいて、構築されたディープニューラルネットワークを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記構成要素損傷識別モデルが、
入力として、自動車部分画像を受信し、
被損傷範囲を含む1以上の画像領域を検出し、
前記検出された画像領域を解析し、
前記画像領域の損傷種類を判定し、
出力として、前記画像領域に対応する1以上の被損傷範囲および損傷種類を生成する
ように構成されている、請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記複数の画像領域の数が、前記自動車部分画像の中の被損傷範囲の数に関係している、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記サンプルデータ訓練が、マーク付けされたデータを使用するミニバッチ勾配降下訓練を行うことを含み、前記マーク付けされたデータが、対応する損傷種類のマーク付けされた損傷領域を伴う画像を含む、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記自動車部分の少なくとも2つの自動車部分画像が取得される場合、前記自動車部分の被損傷範囲および損傷種類を判定するために、構築された構成要素損傷識別モデルを使用することによって前記自動車部分画像を前記検査するステップが、
各自動車部分画像の被損傷範囲および損傷種類を判定するために、前記構成要素損傷識別モデルを使用することによって前記自動車部分画像を個別に検査するステップと、
前記自動車部分の前記被損傷範囲および前記損傷種類の結果を判定するために、所定のルールに基づいて、前記自動車部分画像に対応する前記被損傷範囲および前記損傷種類に対して組合せ選択を行うステップと
を含む、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記自動車部分の前記被損傷範囲および前記損傷種類の結果を判定するステップが、出力として、前記最も高い損傷程度の前記自動車部分の損傷種類および対応する被損傷範囲を選択するステップを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記取得された自動車部分画像が、前記自動車部分画像の対応する自動車部分のタグ情報を含み、前記タグ情報が、自動車の構成要素を指定する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記取得された自動車部分画像の品質が所定の処理要件に達することを判定するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記損傷種類が、軽度の擦り傷、重度の擦り傷、軽度の変形、中程度の変形、重度の変形、損傷、および分解要求検査を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 車両損傷を判定するための装置であって、プロセッサと、前記プロセッサによって実行可能である命令を記憶するように構成されているメモリとを備え、前記命令を実行すると、前記プロセッサが、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法による動作を実施する、装置。
- コンピュータ命令を記憶するコンピュータ可読記憶媒体であって、前記命令が実行されると、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法によるステップが実施される、コンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
