Claims (4)
- 上部が開放された箱形状のケース本体と、該ケース本体の一方側に形成された排気入口と、前記ケース本体の他方側に形成された排気出口と、前記ケース本体内で前記排気入口から前記排気出口に向かう排気の流れを横断して延設された潜熱回収用の吸熱管と、前記ケース本体の上部を閉塞する天板とを備える潜熱熱交換器において、
前記天板は、平面視矩形状のパネル部と、該パネル部の周縁部に沿って形成された起立部と、前記パネル部から上方に突出して前記吸熱管の延設方向に沿った方向に延びる横ビード部と、前記パネル部から上方に突出して前記吸熱管の延設方向に直交する方向に延びる縦ビード部と、前記パネル部の前記横ビード部を挟んで前記縦ビード部が設けられた領域とは反対側の領域で、該パネル部から上方に突出して前記吸熱管の延設方向に直交する方向に延びる他の縦ビード部とを備え、
前記横ビード部は、その両端の夫々が前記起立部に連結され、
前記縦ビード部は、一端が前記横ビード部に連結され、他端が前記排気出口側又は前記排気入口側に位置する前記起立部に連結され、
前記他の縦ビード部は、一端が前記横ビード部に連結され、他端が前記縦ビード部が連結された前記起立部とは反対側に位置する前記起立部に連結され、
前記縦ビード部の前記吸熱管の延設方向における寸法と、前記他の縦ビード部の前記吸熱管の延設方向における寸法とは、異なっていることを特徴とする潜熱熱交換器。 - 前記横ビード部は、前記天板の排気入口側の前記起立部と排気出口側の前記起立部との間の中間位置に設けられ、
前記縦ビード部は、前記横ビード部の中央部に接続され、
前記他の縦ビード部は、前記横ビード部の中央部の、前記縦ビード部の接続部とは反対側に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の潜熱熱交換器。 - 前記吸熱管は、前記ケース本体の内部に上下方向に複数の層を形成するように、屈曲された状態で配置され、
前記横ビード部は、前記ケース本体の内部で最も前記天板側に位置する前記吸熱管の直線部分である直管部の直上位置に対して、前記排気出口側又は前記排気入口側にずれた位置に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の潜熱熱交換器。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか1項記載の潜熱熱交換器を備えた燃焼装置。
