- 集合住宅を構成する居住空間内に設置された家電と、
前記家電に設けられ、前記居住空間に存在する住人の状態を検知する検知部と、
前記検知部から送信される検知情報に基づいて、前記居住空間に設置された前記家電を遠隔制御する遠隔監視装置と、
を備え、
前記遠隔監視装置は、前記検知部が異常を検知してから経過した時間が許容検知時間以上である場合に、前記遠隔監視装置の操作者に対して報知を行うように構成される
