Description
図1に示すように、本実施形態の通信機器100は、制御部1を備える。制御部1は、CPUのような処理回路を含む。制御部1は、制御用プログラムおよび制御用データに基づき、通信機器100の各部を制御するための処理を行う。
通信機器100には、検索アプリケーションAP(以下、検索アプリAPと略称する)がインストールされる。検索アプリAPは記憶部2に記憶される(図1参照)。検索アプリAPは、検索サービスを利用するためのアプリケーションである。たとえば、検索アプリAPを用いることにより、出発地(駅)から目的地(駅)までの鉄道路線を検索することができる。なお、出発地から目的地までの自動車ルートを検索する機能が検索アプリAPに搭載されてもよい。
通信機器100には、監視機能が搭載される。監視機能を有効に設定しておくことにより、移動予定経路上で通信機器100を紛失した場合に、通信機器100の捜索を支援するための監視情報がユーザーに提供される。
通信機器100には、リマインド機能が搭載される。リマインド機能を有効に設定しておくことにより、移動予定経路の目的地に近づいたとき、その旨の報知がユーザーに対して行われる。なお、監視機能を有効に設定した場合に、リマインド機能が自動的に有効に設定されてもよい。

Claims (4)
- 出発地から目的地までの経路を検索する検索サービスを利用するための検索アプリケーションを記憶するとともに、前記検索アプリケーションを用いてユーザーが検索し確定した移動予定経路を記憶する記憶部と、
GPS信号を受信するGPS受信部と、
外部と通信するための通信部と、
前記移動予定経路を含む範囲を対象範囲に設定し、前記GPS信号に基づき認識した通信機器の位置が前記対象範囲から外れる範囲外状態になったか否かを判断する監視処理を行う制御部と、
前記通信機器の動きを検知するための動作検知部と、
カメラと、を備え、
前記範囲外状態になったとき、前記制御部は、前記カメラに撮影を行わせ、前記通信部を介して、前記範囲外状態になったときの前記通信機器の位置を示す情報と、前記範囲外状態になったときに前記カメラが撮影した撮影データとを含む監視情報を前記ユーザーにより予め登録された送信先に送信し、前記制御部は、前記通信機器の使用を制限するロックモードに移行し、
前記ロックモードに移行した後、予め定められた終了条件が満たされるまでの間、前記動作検知部の出力に基づき前記通信機器が動かされたことを検知するごとに、前記制御部は、前記カメラに撮影を行わせ、前記通信部を介して、前記通信機器が動かされたときの前記通信機器の位置を示す情報と、前記通信機器が動かされたときに前記カメラが撮影した撮影データとを含む再送信用の監視情報を前記送信先に送信することを特徴とする通信機器。 - 前記制御部は、前記通信機器の位置が前記移動予定経路の出発地を含む第1範囲内の位置になったとき、前記監視処理を開始することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通信機器。
- 前記制御部は、前記ロックモードで動作しているとき、予め定められたロック解除条件が満たされると、前記ロックモードから通常モードに移行することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の通信機器。
- 報知を行う報知部を備え、
前記制御部は、前記通信機器の位置が前記移動予定経路の目的地を含む第2範囲内の位置になったとき、前記報知部に報知を行わせることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の通信機器。
