Description
ところで、上述した実施形態では、ノズル5aの配管用にボディ穴を別途設ける必要がない場合について説明したが、車両Cの構造上の理由等により、どうしてもノズル5aの配管用のボディ穴を開けざるを得ない場合もある。

Claims (8)
- 光学センサと、
前記光学センサの光学表面へ向けて流体を吐出可能に設けられるノズルと、
被設置面へ取り付けられた前記光学センサおよび該光学センサへ密着させた前記ノズルに対し、前記光学表面側からスナップフィット方式で取り付けられて前記光学センサおよび前記ノズルを一体的に固定する固定部と
を備えることを特徴とする光学ユニット。 - 前記ノズルの流体流路は、
幅が当該ノズルの基端側よりも先端側の方で大きく、かつ、厚みが前記基端側よりも前記先端側の方で小さくなるように形成されていること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学ユニット。 - 前記ノズルは、
前記光学センサの外形に密着可能な形状に形成されていること
を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の光学ユニット。 - 前記ノズルは、
前記光学センサの上部に載置され、吐出口が前記光学表面へ向けて下垂する形状に形成されていること
を特徴とする請求項3に記載の光学ユニット。 - 前記光学センサおよび前記ノズルは、
それぞれ基端側に凹部を有し、
前記固定部は、
前記凹部のそれぞれに対応する凸部を有するとともに、密着させた前記光学センサおよび前記ノズルに対して被せるように取り付けられて前記凸部がそれぞれ前記凹部へはめ込まれることによって前記光学センサおよび前記ノズルを一体的に固定すること
を特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の光学ユニット。 - 前記固定部は、
前記光学表面の外周を取り囲む部位の一部を隆起させて形成された遮光部を有すること
を特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の光学ユニット。 - 前記光学センサへの配線および前記ノズルへの配管がそれぞれ貫通する貫通孔を有し、被設置面に取り付けられて、密着させた前記光学センサおよび前記ノズルを前記被設置面に対し支持するブラケット
を備えることを特徴とする請求項3〜6のいずれか一つに記載の光学ユニット。 - 光学センサと、前記光学センサの光学表面へ向けて流体を吐出可能に設けられるノズルと、前記光学表面側から取り付けられて前記光学センサおよび前記ノズルを一体的に固定する固定部とを備える光学ユニットの取り付け方法であって、
被設置面へブラケットを取り付ける工程と、
前記ブラケットへシール部材を取り付ける工程と、
前記シール部材へ前記光学センサを取り付けて前記ブラケット裏側から固定する工程と、
前記ノズルを前記光学センサへ密着させつつ前記ブラケットへ貫通させて前記光学表面側から固定する工程と、
前記光学センサおよび前記ノズルを一体的に固定する工程と
を含むことを特徴とする光学ユニットの取り付け方法。
