Claims (4)
- 板金を切断して第1の製品を作製するために前記板金にピアスを開けるピアシング加工を施すときに、前記板金が溶融した溶融金属が、前記ピアスと繋がるアプローチに付着することなく、かつ、前記ピアスの中心を中心とした所定の半径の円よりなる探索領域内に位置する第2の製品の加工経路に付着することなく、前記溶融金属を飛散させるのに最適な前記探索領域内の角度である最適飛散角度を算出する最適飛散角度算出部と、
前記板金を切断して前記第1の製品を作製するためのコードに、前記第1の製品にピアシング加工を施すときに、加工ヘッドの先端に取り付けられたノズルの開口より射出されるレーザビームの前記開口内の位置を、前記開口の中心から前記最適飛散角度の角度方向に変位させることを示す補助コードを付加して加工プログラムを作成するプログラム作成部と、
を備える加工プログラム作成装置。 - 前記プログラム作成部は、前記板金にピアスを開けることを示す前記板金の切断開始を示すコードに前記補助コードを付加する請求項1に記載の加工プログラム作成装置。
- コンピュータ機器が、
板金を切断して第1の製品を作製するために開けるピアスの中心を中心とした所定の半径の円よりなる探索領域を設定し、
加工ヘッドの先端に取り付けられたノズルの開口より前記板金にアシストガスを吹き付けながら、前記開口から射出されるレーザビームの前記開口内の位置を前記開口の中心から変位させたときに、前記板金が溶融した溶融金属が飛散して前記板金に扇状に広がって付着する、予め求められているスパッタの広がり角度に基づく中心角を有する飛散角度領域を設定し、
前記探索領域より、前記ピアスと繋がるアプローチと前記探索領域内に位置する第2の製品の加工経路とのいずれにも干渉しない、少なくとも前記飛散角度領域の角度範囲を有する1または複数の角度領域を抽出し、
前記1または複数の角度領域の各角度領域の二等分線が位置する角度である二等分角度を求め、
前記1または複数の角度領域の二等分角度のうち、前記アプローチを前記第1の製品から離れる方向に延長した延長線に最も近い角度を、前記溶融金属を飛散させる角度方向を示す最適飛散角度と決定する

前記探索領域内に、前記アプローチを含まない所定の角度範囲を有する候補角度領域を設定し、
前記候補角度領域外に位置する前記飛散角度領域の角度範囲を有する角度領域を、前記二等分角度を求める対象の角度領域から除外する
請求項3に記載の溶融金属の飛散方向決定方法。
