- 金属材料から成る軸受基体(11)と、非金属材料から成る滑り軸受層(12)とを備える滑り軸受(10)において、
前記軸受基体(11)は、アンダーカット部(14)を備える表面(13)を有しており、
前記滑り軸受層(12)は、ポリエーテルエーテルケトンから成る層として形成されており、直接的に前記軸受基体(11)上の、前記アンダーカット部(14)を形成する前記表面(13)の領域内に設けられており、
前記アンダーカット部(14)がねじ山の形状を有することを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 前記金属材料から成る前記軸受基体(11)が準備され、前記軸受基体(11)の表面(13)内に、前記アンダーカット部(14)が設けられ、
ポリエーテルエーテルケトンから成る層として形成されている前記滑り軸受層(12)は、前記アンダーカット部(14)を形成する前記軸受基体(11)の前記表面(13)に、直接的に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の滑り軸受を製造するための方法。 - 前記軸受基体(11)の前記表面(13)における前記アンダーカット部(14)は、フライス加工、またはブラスト処理、またはレーザー加工、または放電加工により形成され、
ポリエーテルエーテルケトンから成る前記滑り軸受層(12)は、前記アンダーカット部(14)を形成する、前記軸受基体(11)の前記表面(13)に溶着されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
