Claims (8)
- 電力系統に接続された複数の分散電源を制御する制御装置であって、
前記電力系統に事故が発生した場合の、それぞれの分散電源が出力すべき無効電力を予め算出する第1演算部と、
前記電力系統に事故が発生したことを検出した場合に、それぞれの前記分散電源に前記第1演算部が予め算出した前記無効電力を出力させるための指令信号を出力する指令出力部と
を備える制御装置。 - 前記第1演算部は、前記電力系統における2種類以上の事故のそれぞれに対して、前記無効電力を予め算出し、
前記指令出力部は、前記電力系統に発生した事故の種類に応じた前記指令信号を出力する
請求項1に記載の制御装置。 - 前記第1演算部は、前記電力系統に事故が発生した場合の、それぞれの分散電源における出力抑制量を更に算出し、
前記指令出力部は、前記出力抑制量に応じた情報を更に含む前記指令信号を出力する
請求項1または2に記載の制御装置。 - 前記第1演算部は、前記電力系統における2種類以上の事故のそれぞれに対して、前記出力抑制量を予め算出し、
前記指令出力部は、前記電力系統に発生した事故の種類に応じた前記指令信号を出力する
請求項3に記載の制御装置。 - 前記電力系統の複数のノードにおける電力パラメータを含む系統データを前記第1演算部に入力する第2演算部を更に備え、
前記第1演算部は、前記系統データに基づいて、前記系統データのデータ周期よりも長い周期で、前記分散電源に出力させるべき前記無効電力を更新する
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。 - 第1演算部は、前記電力系統の複数のノードのいずれかのノードにおける電力パラメータが取得できない場合に、電力パラメータが取得できないノードにおける欠落データを補完する
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。 - コンピュータにより、電力系統に接続された複数の分散電源を制御する制御方法であって、
前記電力系統に事故が発生した場合の、それぞれの分散電源が出力すべき無効電力を予め算出する第1演算段階と、
前記電力系統に事故が発生したことを検出した場合に、それぞれの前記分散電源に前記第1演算段階で予め算出した前記無効電力を出力させるための指令信号を出力する指令出力段階と
を備える制御方法。 - コンピュータに、電力系統に接続された複数の分散電源を制御する制御方法を実行させるためのプログラムであって、
前記コンピュータに、
前記電力系統に事故が発生した場合の、それぞれの分散電源が出力すべき無効電力を予め算出する第1演算段階と、
前記電力系統に事故が発生したことを検出した場合に、それぞれの前記分散電源に前記第1演算段階で予め算出した前記無効電力を出力させるための指令信号を出力する指令出力段階と
を実行させるためのプログラム。
