Claims (9)

前記注射ペンハウジングが、
薬剤のカートリッジを受け取るためのカートリッジ保持部材と、
前記カートリッジ保持部材の遠位端の外部円周上のねじ山であって、前記針組立体の内部円周上の溝と共働し、前記注射ペンが使用されるたびに、それらの結合及び結合解除と、前記針組立体の置き換えを容易にするねじ山と、を有し、
前記システムが、注射ペンハウジングと前記針組立体の間に離脱式に結合され、前記薬剤を前記注射ペンハウジングから前記針組立体に送達するように構成されたアダプタであって、
前記アダプタが、
前記アダプタと前記注射ペンハウジングとの結合及び結合解除とを容易にするために、前記注射ペンハウジングの前記ねじ山と共働するように、前記針組立体の前記溝と同じであるように構成された、前記アダプタの近位端の内部円周上の溝と、
前記注射ペンハウジングから前記取り外し可能な針組立体までに沿って薬物を提供するカニューレであって、前記アダプタが前記注射ペンハウジングと結合して、前記注射ペンハウジングと流体経路接続するとき、前記注射ペンハウジング内に延在する近位部を有する、カニューレと、
前記アダプタと前記針組立体との結合及び結合解除を容易にするため、前記取り外し可能な針組立体の内部円周上の溝と共働するように、前記注射ペンハウジングのねじ山と同じであるように構成された、前記アダプタの遠位端の外部円周上のねじ山であって、前記アダプタが前記針組立体に結合して、前記アダプタが前記針組立体との流体経路接続するときに、前記針組立体内に延在する遠位部を有する、ねじ山と

前記センサは流量を決定し、前記システムは、さらに、前記注射ペンハウジングの近位端に結合され、前記注射ペンハウジングに対して回転して投与量を設定する、投与量設定ノブを備え、前記アダプタで生成された前記センサデータは、実際に送達された投与量を確認するために使用されることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記センサは、流量を決定するための飛行時間センサを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記デバイスは、前記センサデータの無線伝送を得るように、及び、無線電力を前記センサに提供するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記デバイスは、無線電力を前記センサに提供するために無線自動識別(RFID)及び表面音響波(SAW)の技術のうちの一方を採用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサは、薬物の識別、及び、流量の少なくとも1つを検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記デバイスは、携帯型ユーザインターフェースであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記携帯型ユーザインターフェースは、前記アダプタとインターフェース接続すること、前記センサデータを処理すること、前記薬剤またはその送達に関する警告を設定すること、および表示するために薬物の使用および劣化に関する情報をグラフ化し、指標化する、アプリケーションに従って動作するように構成された携帯電話であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサは、投与量を検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサデータは、搭載中のインスリンを推定し、投与量の品質を確認するために使用され得ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
