ならびにそれぞれこれらのメタロセンジクロリドのアルキル−またはアリール誘導体。
− 更に別のポリオレフィン:本発明の1−オレフィンコポリマー以外のポリオレフィンと理解される。前記のさらに別のポリオレフィンは、任意の非極性もしくは極性の非分岐状もしくは分岐状オレフィン、またはこれらの組み合わせの重合により得られる。例えば、カチオン性、アニオン性もしくは挿入機構に従って製造されたポリオレフィン、または高圧フリーラジカル法に従って合成された、極性および/または非極性モノマーからの極性もしくは非極性ポリオレフィンが挙げられる。非極性の、チーグラー・ナッタ触媒またはメタロセン触媒を使用して製造したポリオレフィンが好ましい。低分子量部分結晶性ホモポリマーもしくはコポリマー、例えばクラリアント社のLicocene(登録商標)の名称で市販されているものが特に適している。さらなる好ましいものは、エチレンとプロピレンまたは高級α−オレフィン、例えばブテン−1もしくはオクテンー1とのコポリマーであり、例えばVersify(登録商標)、 Infuse(登録商標)、Affinity(登録商標)またはEngage(登録商標)(Dow Chemical Comp.)あるいはVistamaxx(登録商標)またはExxact(登録商標)(Exxon Mobil Chemical)のような商品名で知られている。さらなる好ましいものは、スチレンおよびジエン、例えばイソプレンもしくはブタジエン由来のブロックコポリマー(SIS、SBS、SEBS)である。さらなる好ましいものは、いわゆるアモルファスポリ−α−オレフィン(APAO)、アタクチックポリプロピレン(APP)またはポリイソブテン(PIB)である。
− 樹脂:樹脂としては、例えば通例のいわゆる脂肪族および脂環式または芳香族炭化水素樹脂を使用することができる。これらは、石油の処理の際に生じる特定の樹脂油留分を重合することにより製造することができる。そのような樹脂は、例えば水素化または官能化によって変性することができ、例えば商品名Eastoflex(登録商標)、RegalREZ(登録商標)、Kristalex(登録商標)、Eastotac(登録商標)、Piccotac(登録商標) (Eastman Chemical Company)またはEscorez(登録商標)(ExxonMobil Chemical Company)で入手できる。
− 天然−もしくは合成ゴム、ポリアクリレート、ポリエステル、ポリクロロプレン、ポリビニルエーテルまたはポリウレタン;
− さらに別の成分、例えば可塑剤、非極性ワックス、例えばポリエチレン−もしくはポリプロピレンワックス、またはパラフィンワックス、例えばフィッシャー・トロプシュパラフィン、マイクロ−もしくはマクロ結晶性パラフィン、極性ワックス、例えば酸化されたもしくは極性オレフィンでグラフト化されたポリオレフィンワックス、またはエチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマーワックスまたはエチレン−アクリル酸−コポリマーワックス、さらに有機もしくは無機顔料、フィラーおよび安定剤、例えば酸化防止剤および光安定剤、
が挙げられる。
本発明プロピレン−エチレンコポリマーの製造(EP 0384264A1の例1〜16に準じて)。
170℃での粘度:210 mPa.s;
23℃での密度:0.85g/cm3;
流動点:21℃
ガラス転移温度:−48℃。
表1および2に従って混合物を製造した。そのために、記載の重量比にある記載の成分を、溶融状態で一緒に、約170℃で均一に撹拌した。溶融物質(約150g)を、2つのほぼ同一のポーションに、シリコーンコーティングされた紙上で分けた。一方のポーションは、Thermo 150タイプのロール塗布機(Hardo Maschinenbau GmbH)の溶融タンクに充填し、5分後に再度排出させた(装置の予備パージ)。第2のポーションを、ガラスプレート(5x20cm)のコーティングのために使用した。コーティング重量を秤量により測定した。前記ガラスプレートを、コーティングされた面を下にして、室温で約1週間、シリコーン紙上に置いた。その後、コーティングした面を、5kgの荷重で加圧ローラーを10回、接着部分にわたって引いてまたは押して動かすことにより、ポリエステルフィルムと接着させ、押し付けた。次いで、接着させた試験サンプルを、剥離ローラー装置(Hersteller Zwick Roell)に固定し、剥離値(Schaelwert)をDIN EN 1464,06/2010 (Trockenschaelversuch)に従って算出した。
Vestoplast(登録商標)またはEastoflex(登録商標)は、EvonikまたはEastman社のアモルファスポリ−α−オレフィン(APAO)である。Versify(登録商標)、Infuse(登録商標)およびEngage(登録商標)またはVistamaxx(登録商標)は、DowまたはExxonMobile社のエチレンコポリマーである。
Licocene(登録商標)PP 1602は、Clariant社のプロピレン−エチレンコポリマーである。
Sukorez(登録商標)SU 100またはRegalite(登録商標)1010は、Kolon Ind.またはEastman社の水添炭化水素樹脂であり、Dertophen Tは、DRT社のテルペン−フェノール樹脂である。
Catenex(登録商標)T145は、Shell社のパラフィン油である。
なお、本願は、特許請求の範囲に記載の発明に関するものであるが、他の態様として以下も包含し得る。
1.プロピレンとエチレンとのおよび/または炭素数4〜20の1−オレフィンの群から選択されるオレフィンとのコポリマーを5〜50重量%含有し、前記コポリマーがメタロセン触媒の使用により製造された感圧接着剤であって、
a)ASTM D97に従って測定された、<50℃の流動点、
b)DIN 53019に従って回転粘度計を用いて測定された、20〜3000mPa.sの範囲の170℃での粘度、
c)ISO 1183に従って23℃で測定された、0.84〜0.90g/cm 3 の範囲の密度、
d)DIN EN ISO 11357−2:2014によりDSC法に従って測定された、<−35℃のガラス転移温度
を特徴とする感圧接着剤。
2.前記1−オレフィンコポリマーは、70〜95重量%が構造単位としてのプロピレンからなり、そして5〜30重量%がエチレンおよび/または炭素数4〜20の1−オレフィンの群から選択される構造単位からなることを特徴とする、上記1に記載の感圧接着剤。
3.前記1−オレフィンコポリマーは、70〜95重量%が構造単位としてのプロピレンからなり、そして5〜30重量%が構造単位としてのエチレンからなることを特徴とする、上記1に記載の感圧接着剤。
4.前記のプロピレンのコポリマーが、極性変性されていることを特徴とする、上記1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の感圧接着剤。
5.さらに別のポリオレフィン、樹脂、ワックス、可塑剤、天然もしくは合成ゴム、ポリアクリレート、ポリエステル、ポリクロロプレン、ポリビニルエーテルまたはポリウレタン、顔料、フィラー、安定剤および抗酸化剤の群から選択される1つ以上の成分を50〜95重量%含む、上記1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の感圧接着剤。
6.被着体の結合のための、上記1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の感圧接着剤の使用。
Claims (6)
- プロピレンとエチレンとのおよび/または炭素数4〜6の1−オレフィンの群から選択されるオレフィンとのコポリマーを5〜50重量%含有し、前記コポリマーがメタロセン触媒の使用により製造された感圧接着剤であって、
前記コポリマーが
a)ASTM D97に従って測定された、<50℃の流動点、
b)DIN 53019に従って回転粘度計を用いて測定された、20〜3000mPa.sの範囲の170℃での粘度、
c)ISO 1183に従って23℃で測定された、0.84〜0.90g/cm3の範囲の密度、
d)DIN EN ISO 11357−2:2014によりDSC法に従って測定された、<−35℃のガラス転移温度
を特徴とする感圧接着剤。 - 前記1−オレフィンコポリマーは、70〜95重量%が構造単位としてのプロピレンからなり、そして5〜30重量%がエチレンおよび/または炭素数4〜6の1−オレフィンの群から選択される構造単位からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の感圧接着剤。
- 前記1−オレフィンコポリマーは、70〜95重量%が構造単位としてのプロピレンからなり、そして5〜30重量%が構造単位としてのエチレンからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の感圧接着剤。
- 前記のプロピレンのコポリマーが、極性変性されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の感圧接着剤。
- さらに別のポリオレフィン、樹脂、ワックス、可塑剤、天然もしくは合成ゴム、ポリアクリレート、ポリエステル、ポリクロロプレン、ポリビニルエーテルまたはポリウレタン、顔料、フィラー、安定剤および抗酸化剤の群から選択される1つ以上の成分を50〜95重量%含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の感圧接着剤。
- 被着体の結合のための、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の感圧接着剤の使用。
