Description
(実施の形態1)
図1は、二次電池1を模式的に示す断面図である。二次電池1は、電極体2と、収容ケース3と、正極外部端子4と、負極外部端子5と、正極集電端子6と、負極集電端子7と、注液板8と、電解液9とを備える。
負極シート72の金属箔には、一辺に沿って延びる未塗布部が形成されている。未塗布部は、負極合材層が塗布されていない部分であり、金属箔が負極合材層から露出している部分である。負極12は、負極の負極シート72の複数の未塗布部を束ねることで形成されている。
減圧工程S10においては、まず、注液装置の注液ホッパを蓋16に密着させて、蓋16の注入口21と、注液装置の注液口とを連通させる。そして、注液装置は、真空ポンプを駆動させて、収容ケース3内の空気を排気する。収容ケース3内の空気が排気されると、電極体2の正極シート70およびセパレータ71の間と、セパレータ71および負極シート72の間と、負極シート72およびセパレータ73の間との空気も収容ケース3の外部に排気される。これにより、電極体2内の空隙は、減圧状態となる。たとえば、収容ケース3内が−90kPa程度となるように収容ケース3内を減圧する。
また、収容ケース3の底部に溜まった電解液9は、電極体2の下面83にも接触する。
図11などを用いて、実施の形態2に係る二次電池1Aについて説明する。図11は、二次電池1Aを模式的に示す断面図である。二次電池1Aは、注液板を除いて、実施の形態1に係る二次電池1と同様に形成されている。二次電池1Aは、注液板8Aを備える。
実施例1に係る二次電池1は、上記実施の形態1に係る二次電池1である。
Claims (1)
- 電極体と、
前記電極体を収容する収容ケースと、
前記収容ケース内に設けられた注液板と、
を備え、
前記電極体は、正極シートとセパレータと負極シートとを積層方向に積層することで形成されており、
前記電極体は、前記積層方向の端部に位置する第1端面および第2端面と、前記第1端面および前記第2端面の間に位置する周面とを含み、
前記周面は、前記正極シートと、前記セパレータと、前記負極シートとが積層することで形成された積層面を含み、
前記収容ケースには、前記積層面と対向する位置に設けられた注液口が形成されており、
前記注液板は、前記注液口および前記電極体の間に配置されており、
前記注液板には、前記注液口と対向する対向部分を含むように凹部が形成されており、
前記凹部には、前記対向部分から離れた位置に複数の貫通孔が形成された、二次電池。
