Claims (2)
- 所定の金属からなり断面形状が丸形状となる丸導体に被覆部を形成した丸電線と、断面形状が平型となる平型導体に被覆部を形成したフラット電線とを並列配置し、前記フラット電線の面折り方向へ繰り返し屈曲が付与される屈曲部に配索されたワイヤーハーネスであって、
前記丸電線と前記フラット電線とを内部に収納するコルゲートチューブを備え、
前記丸導体は、予め定められた基準値以下となる直径を有したものであり、
前記平型導体は、前記基準値以下の厚みの範囲内で、前記基準値を超える直径の丸導体と同じ断面積が確保されるだけの幅を有したものであり、
前記コルゲートチューブは、断面が長円形となるように形成されており、長円の長軸方向に沿って前記フラット電線が収納されている
ことを特徴とするワイヤーハーネス。 - 前記平型導体の厚みは、前記丸導体の直径よりも小さくされている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワイヤーハーネス。
