この例示的な実施例では、電流制御200は、電流識別子204およびデューティサイクルセレクタ206を含む。電流識別子204は、速度指令209を受信する制御則である。速度指令209は、毎分回転数(RPM)で速度を指定しうる。速度指令209は、人間のオペレータ、別のコントローラ、または何らか他の適切なデバイスからのユーザーインプットにより生成されうる。

Claims (13)

前記所望の速度に対するデューティサイクル(115)を特定し、
前記所望の速度に対して特定されたデューティサイクル(115)に基づいて、前記電気モータ(104)を前記所望の速度で回転させる電圧(120)を特定し、かつ、前記電気モータ(104)に対するデューティサイクル指令を生成し、
前記特定されたデューティサイクル(115)に基づいて電圧指令(222)を生成し、
前記電圧指令(222)に基づいて、電圧レギュレータ回路に対するレギュレータ電圧(224)を生成し、
前記レギュレータ電圧(224)によって前記電圧レギュレータ回路内のスイッチを制御して前記電圧(120)を生成し、
前記電気モータ(104)の動作中に、前記電気モータ(104)を前記所望の速度で回転させるための前記デューティサイクル指令によって指示されたデューティサイクルで、前記電気モータ(104)を前記所望の速度で回転させるための前記特定された電圧(120)を前記電気モータ(104)に印加するように構成されたコントローラ(108)
を備える装置であって、
前記電気モータ(104)を前記所望の速度で回転させるために前記デューティサイクル指令を作成し及び前記電圧(120)を特定する際に、前記コントローラが、
前記所望の速度に対する前記特定されたデューティサイクル(115)が100パーセントを超える場合、100パーセントのデューティサイクルを指示するデューティサイクル指令を生成し、前記特定されたデューティサイクル(115)が100パーセントを超える分に合わせて前記電気モータ(104)に印加された電圧を変化させることで、前記電気モータ(104)を前記所望の速度で回転させるための前記電圧(120)を特定し、
前記所望の速度に対する前記特定されたデューティサイクル(115)が100パーセントを超えない場合、前記所望の速度に対して前記特定されたデューティサイクルを指示するデューティサイクル指令を作成し、前記電気モータ(104)に印加された電圧を変化させずに、前記電気モータ(104)を前記所望の速度で回転させるための前記電圧(120)を特定するように構成されている、装置。 - 前記コントローラ(108)が、
前記電気モータ(104)の動作中に前記電気モータ(104)に対する前記所望の速度を特定し、
前記電気モータ(104)を前記所望の速度で回転させる前記電圧(120)を特定し、
前記電気モータ(104)上の負荷の変化に応答して、前記電気モータ(104)の動作中に前記電気モータ(104)に対して前記電圧(120)を繰返し印加するようにさらに構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記電気モータ(104)の動作中に前記電気モータ(104)に対する前記所望の速度を特定するように構成されていることにより、前記コントローラ(108)が、ユーザーインプットおよびデバイスのうちの1つから前記電気モータ(104)に対する前記所望の速度を受信するように構成されている、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラ(108)が、一群の制御則(114)を使用して、前記電気モータ(104)を前記所望の速度で回転させる前記電圧(120)を特定するように構成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記一群の制御則(114)が、電流識別子(204)、デューティサイクルセレクタ(206)、電圧識別子(208)、およびレギュレータコントローラ(219)を含む、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記一群の制御則(114)の中の制御則が、比例積分微分コントローラを含む、請求項4または5に記載の装置。

前記コントローラ(108)によって、前記所望の速度に対するデューティサイクル(115)を特定することと、
前記コントローラ(108)によって、前記所望の速度に対して特定された前記デューティサイクル(115)に基づいて、前記電気モータ(104)を前記所望の速度で回転させる電圧(120)を特定し、かつ、前記電気モータ(104)に対するデューティサイクル指令を生成すること(802)と、
前記コントローラ(108)によって、前記特定されたデューティサイクル(115)に基づいて電圧指令(222)を生成することと、
前記コントローラ(108)によって、前記電圧指令(222)に基づいて、電圧レギュレータ回路に対するレギュレータ電圧(224)を生成することと、
前記コントローラ(108)によって、前記レギュレータ電圧(224)によって前記電圧レギュレータ回路内のスイッチを制御して前記電圧(120)を生成することと、
前記コントローラ(108)によって、前記電気モータ(104)の動作中に、前記電気モータ(104)を前記所望の速度で回転させるための前記デューティサイクル指令によって指示されたデューティサイクルで、前記電気モータ(104)を前記所望の速度で回転させるための前記特定された電圧(120)を前記電気モータ(104)に印加すること(804)と
を含む、方法であって、
前記電気モータ(104)を前記所望の速度で回転させるために前記デューティサイクル指令を作成し及び前記電圧(120)を特定することは、
前記所望の速度に対する前記特定されたデューティサイクル(115)が100パーセントを超える場合、100パーセントのデューティサイクルを指示するデューティサイクル指令を生成し、前記特定されたデューティサイクル(115)が100パーセントを超える分に合わせて前記電気モータ(104)に印加された電圧を変化させることで、前記電気モータ(104)を前記所望の速度で回転させるための前記電圧(120)を特定することと、
前記所望の速度に対する前記特定されたデューティサイクル(115)が100パーセントを超えない場合、前記所望の速度に対して前記特定されたデューティサイクルを指示するデューティサイクル指令を作成し、前記電気モータ(104)に印加された電圧を変化させずに、前記電気モータ(104)を前記所望の速度で回転させるための前記電圧(120)を特定することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記電気モータ(104)上の負荷の変化に応答して、前記電気モータ(104)の現在の速度を前記所望の速度で維持するために
前記コントローラ(108)によって、前記所望の速度に対するデューティサイクル(115)を特定することと、
前記コントローラ(108)によって、前記所望の速度に対して特定された前記デューティサイクル(115)に基づいて、前記電気モータ(104)を前記所望の速度で回転させる前記電圧(120)を特定し、かつ、前記電気モータ(104)に対するデューティサイクル指令を生成すること(802)と、
前記コントローラ(108)によって、前記特定されたデューティサイクル(115)に基づいて電圧指令(222)を生成することと、
前記コントローラ(108)によって、前記電圧指令(222)に基づいて、電圧レギュレータ回路に対するレギュレータ電圧(224)を生成することと、
前記コントローラ(108)によって、前記レギュレータ電圧(224)によって前記電圧レギュレータ回路内のスイッチを制御して前記電圧(120)を生成することと、
前記コントローラ(108)によって、前記電気モータ(104)の動作中に、前記電気モータ(104)を前記所望の速度で回転させるための前記デューティサイクル指令によって指示されたデューティサイクルで、前記電気モータ(104)を前記所望の速度で回転させるための前記特定された電圧(120)を前記電気モータ(104)に印加すること(804)とを繰り返すことをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記電気モータ(104)の動作中に前記電気モータ(104)に対する前記所望の速度を特定することは、
