Claims (13)
- プラスチック溶融物または別の高粘度の流体用の濾過装置(100)であって、
ケーシング(10)と、篩ホイール(20)と、駆動装置(30)とを少なくとも有し、
前記ケーシング(10)は、
少なくとも1つの流入通路(13)を備える流入プレート(11)と、
少なくとも1つの流出通路を備える流出プレート(12)と、
前記流入プレート(11)と前記流出プレート(12)との間に配置された少なくとも1つのスペーサエレメント(15,16)と、
少なくとも3つのケーシング緊締エレメント(17.1,...,17.6)であって、該ケーシング緊締エレメント(17.1,...,17.6)により、前記流入プレート(11)と、前記流出プレート(12)とが前記スペーサエレメント(15,16)を取り囲みながら互いに対して緊締されている、少なくとも3つのケーシング緊締エレメント(17.1,...,17.6)と
を少なくとも有し、
前記篩ホイール(20)は、
前記ケーシング(10)内で前記流入プレート(11)と前記流出プレート(12)との間で回動可能に支持されており、かつ
複数の篩箇所(22)を有し、該篩箇所(22)はそれぞれ、前記流入通路(13)と前記流出通路との間に位置決め可能かつ通流可能であり、前記篩ホイール(20)の、通流可能かつ流体圧力を加えることができる領域(44)が、前記ケーシング緊締エレメント(17.1,...,17.6)により形成されるプリロード面(40)内に位置しており、
前記プリロード面(40)は、前記篩ホイール(20)の周面にわたって形成され、
前記駆動装置(30)は、
作用点(32)において送り力FVを前記篩ホイール(20)に作用させる駆動エレメント(35)を備えている、
濾過装置(100)において、
前記駆動装置(30)の前記作用点(32)は、前記篩ホイール(20)において前記プリロード面(40)の外側に配置されており、かつ
前記篩ホイール(20)において、前記プリロード面(40)の、結果として生じる摩擦力FRが作用する面重心(43)と前記篩ホイール(20)の中心点(18)との間に延びる第1の線(45)と、前記中心点(18)と送り力FVが作用する前記作用点(32)との間の第2の線(46)との間で、回転方向で見て、90°よりも大きく、160°よりも小さな角度αが形成されていることを特徴とする、
濾過装置(100)。 - 前記ケーシング(10)のコーナ領域(41)において、前記流入通路(13)とは反対に位置する側に、支持点(33)と前記作用点(32)とがそれぞれ配置されている、請求項1記載の濾過装置(100)。
- 前記駆動装置(30)により前記篩ホイール(20)に作用させられる前記送り力FVのベクトルは、前記プリロード面(40)の外側に延びている、請求項1または2記載の濾過装置(100)。
- 前記篩ホイール(20)の周面は、80%よりも大きな周面にわたって、前記少なくとも1つのスペーサエレメント(15,16)により取り囲まれている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の濾過装置(100)。
- 前記篩ホイール(20)は、その外周面の領域に少なくとも1つの歯列(21)を備え、前記駆動エレメント(35)は、前記作用点(32)において形状結合式に前記歯列(21)に噛み合う、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の濾過装置(100)。
- 前記篩ホイール(20)に設けられた前記歯列(21)は、対称的な歯列として形成されており、前記送りエレメントは、回動可能に支持された歯車である、請求項5記載の濾過装置(100)。
- 前記駆動装置(30)は、ラチェット駆動装置として形成されており、前記送りエレメントは、送りロッド(31)を有し、前記篩ホイール(20)に設けられた前記歯列(21)は、前記送りロッド(31)の方向で傾斜した側面を有している、請求項5記載の濾過装置(100)。
- 前記駆動エレメント(35)は、少なくとも1つの伝達エレメント(36)を介して、送りエレメントに結合されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の濾過装置(100)。
- 前記駆動エレメント(35)は、少なくとも1つの伝達エレメント(36)を介して、送りエレメントに結合され、
前記伝達エレメント(36)は、前記支持点(33)で、前記両プレートエレメント(11,12)を通って延びる軸に支持されている、請求項2記載の濾過装置(100)。 - 前記篩ホイール(20)の、前記プリロード面(40)内に位置する部分の周面は、90%より大きな周面にわたって、前記スペーサエレメント(15,16)により取り囲まれている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の濾過装置(100)。
- 前記プリロード面(40)内で作用する、結果として生じる摩擦力FRのベクトルと、前記作用点(32)で作用する送り力FVのベクトルとの間で、60°よりも小さな角度βが形成されており、これらのベクトルにより形成される直線は、前記ケーシング(10)の外側で交差する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の濾過装置(100)。
- 少なくとも2つのスペーサエレメント(15,16)が設けられており、該スペーサエレメント(15,16)は、前記濾過装置(100)の下面において互いに対して離間しており、かつ1つの流出通路(42)を形成する、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の濾過装置(100)。
- 少なくとも2つのスペーサエレメント(15,16)が設けられており、該スペーサエレメント(15,16)は、前記濾過装置(100)の上側半部において、前記支持点(33)および前記作用点(32)の領域において互いに対して分離されている、請求項2記載の濾過装置(100)。
