本发明公开了一种挤出机熔体旋转式快速过滤器,由模体、过滤网板和液压组件组成,模体为分体式,包括进料模体和出料模体,两者通过螺丝固定连接,所述的过滤网板为一棘轮式滤网板,用一旋转轴固定在进料模体和出料模体之间,其上设有多个过滤网孔,网孔内设置有过滤网;所述的液压组件枢接在油缸固定座上,包括液压缸和拉钩两部分,其中拉钩设置在活塞杆上,其前端设置有与棘轮式滤网板的棘齿相卡合的滚轮装置。本发明可实现不停机液压快速换网,其过滤面积比较大,在换网过程中始终保持熔体通道的畅通,使得过滤网的阻力变化很小,同时也减少了熔体在系统中的压力波动。

挤出机熔体旋转式过滤器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种挤出机熔体过滤器,特别是一种挤出机熔体旋转式过滤器。
背景技术
过滤器是一种专用于生产塑料板片、薄膜挤出机的配套设备,用于对挤出机中流出的熔体进行过滤。现有的过滤器为液压控制,由模体、过滤网板、液压组件和密封件组成,过滤网板一般为直板式,其一端内置于模体内部,并且需要在停机状态下进行换网动作;网板上设置有多个过滤网孔,在工作时,一般只有一个过滤网孔对应模体流道通孔,这样的结构使的网板的过滤面积比较小,且在换网过程中,由于熔体通道发生一定的阻隔,使熔体在通过滤网时的阻力由大变小,变化很大,从而引起系统中的压力波动很大,需要一定的时间才能恢复正常生产,从而造成一定程度的原料浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种挤出机熔体旋转式过滤器,可实现不停机液压快速换网,其过滤面积比较大,在换网过程中始终保持熔体通道的畅通,使得过滤网的阻力变化很小,同时也减少了熔体在系统中的压力波动。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种挤出机熔体旋转式过滤器,由模体、过滤网板和液压组件组成,模体为分体式,包括进料模体和出料模体,两者通过螺丝固定连接,其特征在于:过滤网板为一棘轮式滤网板,用一旋转轴固定在进料模体和出料模体之间,其上设有多个过滤网孔,网孔内设置有过滤网;所述的液压组件枢接在油缸固定座上,包括液压缸和拉钩两部分,其中拉钩设置在活塞杆上,拉钩前端设置有与棘轮式滤网板的棘齿相卡合的滚轮装置;拉钩与液压缸之间设置有活塞行程控制装置,与进料模体之间连接一弹性元件。
上述的过滤网孔绕棘轮中心成圆周均匀分布。
上述的过滤器与挤出机相连,在两者的连接件上设置有压力传感器。
采用上述结构,可实现不停机液压快速换网。在过滤器与挤出机的连接件上设置有压力传感器,当过滤网的堵塞到达一定的程度时,压力传感器将信号传递给液压组件使油缸活塞回缩,进而带动设置在活塞杆上的拉钩同步运动,从而带动棘轮式过滤网板发生转动,实现不停机部分或全部滤网的更换,因模体上的熔体通道大小可以覆盖两个或多个过滤网孔,使的在整个换网过程中,熔体通道始终保持畅通,使熔体的流动阻力变化不大,对系统造成的压力波动很少,从而提高原料的利用率。

具体实施方式
如图1、2和3所示,一种挤出机熔体旋转式过滤器,由模体1、过滤网板2和液压组件3组成,模体1为分体式,包括进料模体11和出料模体12,两者通过螺丝4固定连接,模体1前后设有贯通的流道通孔13,模体1上内置有加热棒(图中未视),并外置有接线盒5。
过滤网板2为一棘轮式滤网板,用一旋转轴21固定在进料模体11和出料模体12之间,其上设有多个过滤网孔22,网孔22内设置有过滤网;过滤网孔22绕棘轮中心成圆周均匀分布。在这里,流道通孔13的大小可以覆盖两个或多个过滤网孔22,在本实施方式中网板上设置有六个过滤网孔22,任意相邻的两个网孔22对应模体流道通孔13,以使熔体通过。
液压组件3枢接在油缸固定座6上,包括液压缸31和拉钩32两部分,其中拉钩32设置在活塞杆311上,拉钩32前端设置有与棘轮式滤网板2的棘齿23相卡合的滚轮装置321。拉钩32与液压缸31之间设置有活塞行程控制装置33,通过控制活塞杆311的行程来控制棘轮网板2的旋转角度。拉钩32与进料模体11之间连接一弹簧7。
过滤器与挤出机相连,在两者的连接件上设置有压力传感器(图中未视),当过滤网的堵塞到达一定的程度时,压力传感器将信号传递给液压组件3使油缸活塞回缩,进而带动设置在活塞杆311上的拉钩32同步运动,从而带动棘轮式过滤网板2绕旋转轴21发生转动定位,实现不停机快速换网。
因流道通孔13的大小可以覆盖两个或多个过滤网孔22,使得熔体在流量保持不变的情况下,过滤面积增加,可实现在不停机部分或全部滤网的更换,此外,这样的结构,使的在整个换网过程中,至少有一个过滤网孔22的部分或全部与流道通孔13保持畅通,从而使熔体的流动阻力变化不大,对系统造成的压力波动很少,提高了原料的利用率。
总之,本发明为一种挤出机熔体旋转式过滤器,可实现不停机液压快速换网,其过滤面积比较大,在换网过程中始终保持熔体通道13的畅通,使得过滤网的阻力变化很小,同时也减少了熔体在系统中的压力波动,提高了原料的利用率。

Claims (3)

1. 一种挤出机熔体旋转式过滤器,由模体、过滤网板和液压组件组成,模体为分体式,包括进料模体和出料模体,两者通过螺丝固定连接,其特征在于:过滤网板为一棘轮式滤网板,用一旋转轴固定在进料模体和出料模体之间,其上设有多个过滤网孔,网孔内设置有过滤网;所述的液压组件枢接在油缸固定座上,包括液压缸和拉钩两部分,其中拉钩设置在活塞杆上,拉钩前端设置有与棘轮式滤网板的棘齿相卡合的滚轮装置;拉钩与液压缸之间设置有活塞行程控制装置,与进料模体之间连接一弹性元件。
2. 如权利要求1所述的一种挤出机熔体旋转式过滤器,其特征在于:所述的过滤网孔绕棘轮中心成圆周均匀分布。
3. 一种挤出机熔体旋转式过滤器的应用,将所述过滤器与挤出机相连,在两者的连接件上设置有压力传感器,其特征在于:所述的过滤器为权利要求1或2所述的挤出机熔体旋转式过滤器。
