Description
図1は、第1実施形態に係る金属粉末射出成形システムの構成を示すブロック図である。第1実施形態に係る金属粉末射出成形システム1は、金属粉末射出成形方法を実行するためのシステムである。図1に示すように、金属粉末射出成形システム1は、粉末製造装置10と、射出成形機12と、脱脂装置14と、焼結装置16とを有する。金属粉末射出成形システム1は、粉末製造装置10によって所定の平均粒子径を有する金属粉末を製造し、射出成形機12によってその金属粉末をバインダと共に金属粉末射出成形し、脱脂装置14によってバインダを脱脂し、焼結装置16によって脱脂された成形体を焼結して焼結体を製造する。
次に、第2実施形態について説明する。第2実施形態に係る金属粉末射出成形システム1は、第1成形体24と第2成形体34とを同時に成形する点で、第1実施形態とは異なる。第2実施形態において第1実施形態と構成が共通する箇所は、説明を省略する。

Claims (6)
- TiAl系金属間化合物の第1金属粉末を射出成形機によって型に射出して成形する第1射出成形ステップと、
前記第1金属粉末と同成分であり平均粒子径が異なるTiAl系金属間化合物の第2金属粉末を、射出成形機によって型に射出して成形する第2射出成形ステップと、
前記第1射出成形ステップ及び前記第2射出成形ステップで成形した成形体を焼結して、前記第1射出成形ステップで成形した成形体の第1焼結体と前記第2射出成形ステップで成形した成形体の第2焼結体とが一体となっている混合焼結体を生成する焼結ステップと、
を有し、
前記混合焼結体は、前記第1焼結体の周囲を前記第2焼結体が覆うように形成されており、前記混合焼結体の中心から前記第1焼結体の外周までの距離が、前記第1焼結体の外周から前記第2焼結体の外周までの距離に対し、0.5倍以上60倍以下となっている、
金属粉末射出成形方法。 - 前記第2射出成形ステップは、前記第1射出成形ステップよりも後に行う、請求項1に記載の金属粉末射出成形方法。
- 前記第1射出成形ステップは、成形した成形体を型から取り出し、
前記第2射出成形ステップは、前記第1射出成形ステップで成形した成形体を前記第1射出成形ステップの型とは異なる型に収納し、前記異なる型内の成形体の表面に前記第2金属粉末を射出する、請求項2に記載の金属粉末射出成形方法。 - 前記第2射出成形ステップは、前記第1射出成形ステップと同時に行う、請求項1に記載の金属粉末射出成形方法。
- 前記第2金属粉末の平均粒子径は、前記第1金属粉末の平均粒子径よりも小さく、
第2射出成形ステップは、前記第1射出成形ステップで成形した成形体の周囲に、前記第2金属粉末を射出する、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の金属粉末射出成形方法。 - 前記第2射出成形ステップは、前記第1射出成形ステップよりも先に行う、請求項1に記載の金属粉末射出成形方法。
