Claims (5)
- 並列配置された複数本の導体と、前記複数本の導体を覆うと共に少なくとも1本の導体の一部を露出させた導体露出部が形成された絶縁性の被覆部と、前記被覆部の外周を覆うシールド部材とを備え、前記導体露出部を通じて導体と前記シールド部材とが電気接続されたフラットシールドケーブルであって、
前記シールド部材は、外部からのノイズを遮断するためのシールド材料からなる第1層と、金属フィラーを含有し前記導体露出部を通じて導体に接して設けられたバインダー樹脂からなる第2層とを有し、
前記バインダー樹脂に含有される金属フィラーは、銀フィラーであって、D90粒子径が6.7μm以上であり、D10粒子径とD95粒子径の差が6.4μm以上であり、前記第2層に対して65wt%以上含まれる
ことを特徴とするフラットシールドケーブル。 - 前記第2層は、前記導体露出部を通じた導体との接触抵抗が50mΩ以下であり、前記導体露出部を通じた導体との接着力が0.3N/19mm以上である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフラットシールドケーブル。 - 前記導体露出部は、前記複数本の導体のうち端に位置する導体の側部を露出させるように形成されており、
前記シールド部材は、前記被覆部に対して1周以上に巻き回されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれかに記載のフラットシールドケーブル。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のフラットシールドケーブルと、
前記フラットシールドケーブルの端部側に接続された圧接コネクタと、
を備えることを特徴とするワイヤーハーネス。 - 外部からのノイズを遮断するためのシールド材料からなる第1層と、金属フィラーを含有したバインダー樹脂からなる第2層とを有したシールド部材であって、
前記バインダー樹脂に含有される金属フィラーは、銀フィラーであって、D90粒子径が6.7μm以上であり、D10粒子径とD95粒子径の差が6.4μm以上であり、前記第2層に対して65wt%以上含まれる
ことを特徴とするシールド部材。
