Claims (9)
- 基板上に陽極を配置するステップと、
前記陽極上に発光層を配置するステップであって、前記発光層のホスト材料はドナーホスト材料及びアクセプターホスト材料を予混合して形成され、且つ前記ドナーホスト材料及び前記アクセプターホスト材料は同一の蒸発源内で共蒸着されてエキシプレックスを形成し、前記ホスト材料にはゲスト材料がドープされる、ステップと、
前記発光層上に陰極を配置するステップと、を含み、
前記ドナーホスト材料及び前記アクセプターホスト材料のドーピング質量比は1:2〜2:3又は3:2〜2:1であり、
前記ドナーホスト材料の三重項エネルギー準位は、前記エキシプレックスの一重項エネルギー準位より高く、両者のエネルギーギャップは≧0.2eVであり、ドナーホスト材料のHOMOエネルギー準位の絶対値は≦5.3eVであり、
前記アクセプターホスト材料の三重項エネルギー準位は、前記エキシプレックスの一重項エネルギー準位より高く、両者のエネルギーギャップは>0.2eVであり、アクセプターホスト材料のLUMOエネルギー準位の絶対値は>2.0eVである、
ことを特徴とする有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子の製造方法。 - 前記陽極と前記発光層との間に正孔注入層及び正孔輸送層を順に積層して配置するステップと、
前記正孔輸送層と前記発光層との間に光学補償層を配置するステップと、を更に含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。 - 前記光学補償層の材料は、電子ブロック材料であり、前記電子ブロック材料の三重項エネルギー準位は、前記エキシプレックスの三重項エネルギー準位より高い、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ドナーホスト材料とアクセプターホスト材料の蒸発温度はいずれも150℃〜500℃であり、及び/または、
前記ドナーホスト材料とアクセプターホスト材料との蒸着温度の差の絶対値は30℃未満であり、及び/または、
前記ドナーホスト材料とアクセプターホスト材料のガラス転移温度はいずれも100℃より高い、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。 - 前記ドナーホスト材料の分子の一般式は、

式中、置換基Ar1、Ar2、Ar3、及びAr4は同じか又は異なり、それぞれ独立してアリーレン基又はヘテロアリーレン基から選択され、

陽極、陰極、及び前記陽極と前記陰極との間に配置された発光層を含み、
前記発光層のホスト材料はエキシプレックスであり、前記ホスト材料にはゲスト材料がドープされており、
前記ホスト材料はドナーホスト材料及びアクセプターホスト材料から構成されており、且つ前記ドナーホスト材料及び前記アクセプターホスト材料のドーピング質量比は1:2〜2:3又は3:2〜2:1であり、
前記ドナーホスト材料の三重項エネルギー準位は、前記エキシプレックスの一重項エネルギー準位より高く、両者のエネルギーギャップは≧0.2eVであり、ドナーホスト材料のHOMOエネルギー準位の絶対値は≦5.3eVであり、
