車両の本体部に対するテープ式シール構造体の位置を確認する工程と、
必要な場合は、テープ式シール構造体の位置を修正する工程と、
ライナの第2の部分を取り外す工程と、
ライナの第2の部分によって覆われていたテープの部分を用いて、テープ式シール構造を車両の本体部に付着させる工程と、を含む。
本発明による接着テープは、熱活性化可能層、フォーム層、及び感圧性接着層を含むことができる。

式中、Rはゴム状ブロックを表し、Gはガラス状ブロックを表し、ガラス状ブロックの数であるmは1又は2である。いくつかの実施形態では、mは1であり、直鎖ブロックコポリマーは、1個のゴム状ブロックと1個のガラス状ブロックとを含むジブロックコポリマーである。いくつかの実施形態では、mは2であり、直鎖ブロックコポリマーは、2個のガラス状末端ブロックと1個のゴム状中央ブロックとを含む、即ち、直鎖ブロックコポリマーはトリブロックコポリマーである。
本発明の接着テープは、自動車業界で所望されるように、(熱活性化可能層を用いる)ゴム物品を種々の表面に(感圧性接着層を用いて)取り付けるために特に有用である。本発明による接着テープの熱活性化可能層は、幅広いゴム及び低表面エネルギーエラストマーに優れた接着性を提供する。
Claims (8)
- 伸長された外形を有する、車両の本体部用のテープ式シール構造体であって、
シールと、平坦な形状を有する接着テープと、を備え、
前記シールは主部及びリップ部を有し、
前記主部は平坦部分を有し、前記接着テープが前記平坦部分に取り付けられており、
前記テープ式シール構造体の長手方向に延びる方向に垂直な断面視において、前記リップ部の一方の端部が前記平坦部分の一方の端部に取付られており、
前記主部の前記平坦部分と前記リップ部とで、開口部を伴う空間を取り囲み、前記接着テープは前記空間内に位置付けられており、
前記接着テープは、前記断面視において第1のライナ部分が第2のライナ部分よりも狭い幅を有するように分割された前記第1のライナ部分及び前記第2のライナ部分を有する分割ライナによって覆われた接着剤を備え、
分割ライナの前記第1のライナ部分は、前記第2のライナ部分よりも前記リップ部の近くにある、
テープ式シール構造体。 - 前記接着テープが、熱活性化可能接着層及び感圧性接着層を含み、前記熱活性化可能接着層が、前記シールの前記主部の前記平坦部分に面している、請求項1に記載のテープ式シール構造体。
- 前記熱活性化可能接着層が、樹脂の層であり、前記樹脂が、オレフィン類からなる群から選択される1つ以上のモノマーのポリマーであり、前記感圧性接着層が、アクリル系感圧性接着剤を含む、請求項2に記載のテープ式シール構造体。
- 前記断面視において、前記リップ部が、曲線形状を有して前記ライナを伴う前記接着テープを覆っており、それによって前記開口部を伴う空間を取り囲んでいる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のテープ式シール構造体。
- 前記ライナが、少なくとも2つの部分からなるように完全に分割されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のテープ式シール構造体。
- 前記ライナが、前記テープ式シール構造体の長手方向に延びる方向に沿って分割されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のテープ式シール構造体。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のテープ式シール構造体を車両の本体部に付着させる方法であって、前記方法が、
前記ライナの第1の部分を取り外す工程と、
前記ライナの前記第1の部分によって覆われていた前記接着テープの部分を用いて、前記テープ式シール構造体を前記車両の前記本体部に付着させる工程と、
前記テープ式シール構造体の位置を確認する工程と、
前記テープ式シール構造体の前記位置を修正する工程と、
前記ライナの第2の部分を取り外す工程と、
前記ライナの前記第2の部分によって覆われていた前記接着テープの部分を用いて、前記テープ式シール構造体を前記車両の前記本体部に付着させる工程と、を含む、方法。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のテープ式シール構造体を備える、自動車。
