Description
本出願は、2014年8月28日付で米国特許出願公開第2014/0238360号として公開されている、「Rocking Journal Bearings for Two−Stroke Cycle Engines」と題する、2013年2月25日に出願された、所有者が共通の米国特許出願第13/776,656号の主題に関連する主題を有する。
Claims (4)
- 2行程サイクルエンジン(8)のための揺動ジャーナル軸受(200)であって、
軸受面の周方向において油を輸送するための前記軸受面内の周方向油溝(70)によって分離されている、複数の軸方向に離間されるとともに偏心して配置された表面セグメント(J2´、J1´、J2´)を有するほぼ円筒形の軸受面(47)を含む軸受スリーブ(46)と、
前記表面セグメントを横切って延伸するとともに前記周方向油溝と交差し、前記軸受面内の複数の周方向に離間した、前記軸受面の軸方向において油を輸送するための軸方向油溝(72,73)と、
対応する表面セグメントとともに揺動振動するように係合されている、複数の軸方向に離間され、偏心して配置されたジャーナルセグメント(J2、J1、J2)を含むリストピン(100)と、
前記軸受面(47)に油を供給するために前記ジャーナルセグメント(J2、J1、J2)を通じて作用する油出口通路(109,107,109)を有する前記リストピン内の油受け入れ空間(111)と、
を備え、
前記軸受面内の前記周方向油溝(70)と整列している前記リストピン(100)内の油出口通路(109,107,109)が存在しないこと、および
各ジャーナルセグメント内の少なくとも1つの油出口通路は、前記揺動振動中に少なくとも1つの軸方向油溝と交差するように位置決めされていることを特徴とする揺動ジャーナル軸受。 - 前記複数のジャーナルセグメントは、2つの第2のジャーナルセグメント(J2、J2)の間で前記リストピン(100)の中間部分に形成された第1のジャーナルセグメント(J1)を含み、前記2つの第2のジャーナルセグメント(J2、J2)は、前記第1のジャーナルセグメント(J1)のそれぞれの側で、前記リストピンの対向する端部に形成されており、
第1の油出口通路(107)の位置決めが、前記第1のジャーナルセグメント内の前記第1の油出口通路を、前記リストピンの前記長手方向軸(113)、および、前記油受け入れ空間(111)に油を輸送するための油入口通路の軸を形成する半径(117)を含む切断面(P)の1つの側から第1の円弧距離(D1)のところに配置し、
2つの第2の油出口通路(109)の位置決めが、各第2の油通路を、それぞれの前記第2のジャーナルセグメント内で、前記切断面の反対側から第2の円弧距離(D2)のところに配置し、
前記第1の円弧距離および前記第2の円弧距離は反対方向であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の揺動ジャーナル軸受。 - 前記複数のジャーナルセグメントは、第1の中心線(A)を有する第1のジャーナルセグメント(J1)、および、前記第1の中心線からオフセットされている第2の中心線(B)を共有する2つの第2のジャーナルセグメント(J2)を含み、前記第1のジャーナルセグメントは、2つの第2のジャーナルセグメントの間に配置されており、
第1の油出口通路(107)が、前記第1のジャーナルセグメント内で、前記リストピンの前記長手方向軸(113)、および、前記油受け入れ空間に油を輸送するための、油入口通路の軸を形成する半径を含む切断面(P)の1つの側から第1の円弧距離(D1)のところに位置決めされ、
第2の油出口通路(109)が、前記第2のジャーナルセグメントの各々の中で、前記切断面の反対側から第2の円弧距離(D2)のところに位置決めされ、
前記第1の円弧距離および前記第2の円弧距離は反対方向であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の揺動ジャーナル軸受。 - 第1の回転可能なクランクシャフトおよび第2の回転可能なクランクシャフトと、各々が、前記第1のクランクシャフトとコネクティングロッドによって相互接続された第1のピストン、および、前記第1のピストンに対向し、前記第2のクランクシャフトとコネクティングロッドによって相互接続された第2のピストンを有する1つ以上のシリンダと、前記第1のピストンと前記第1のピストンの前記コネクティングロッドとの間に配置され、軸受面の複数のセットを含む第1の揺動ジャーナル軸受と、前記第2のピストンと前記第2のピストンの前記コネクティングロッドとの間に配置され、対向する軸受面の複数のセットを含む第2の揺動ジャーナル軸受とを有する2行程サイクル対向ピストンエンジンであって、各揺動ジャーナル軸受が請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載されているように構成されることを特徴とする2工程サイクル対向ピストンエンジン。
