Claims (9)
- 流体を圧送するためのピストンポンプ(1,1A)において流体の流れ方向で見て吐出バルブの後ろに設けられ、流体の流れを絞るための装置(10,10A)であって、
鉢状のベース体(14)を有していて、該ベース体(14)の底部に第1の貫流開口(14.1)が配置されており、ばね部材(18,18A)のばね力に抗して軸方向で可動に前記鉢状のベース体(14)内でガイドされた閉鎖体(16,16A)を有しており、該閉鎖体(16,16A)が第2の貫流開口(16.1)を有していて、該第2の貫流開口(16.1)は、予め設定された不動の開口横断面を有する静的な絞り箇所(11)を形成しており、前記閉鎖体(16,16A)は、前記ばね部材(18,18A)および前記第1の貫流開口(14.1)と組み合わせて、動的な開口横断面を有する動的な絞り箇所(12,12A)を形成し、該動的な開口横断面は、前記閉鎖体(16,16A)の上流側と下流側の圧力差に依存して該閉鎖体(16,16A)が前記第1の貫流開口(14.1)を閉鎖する閉鎖方向または前記第1の貫流開口(14.1)を開放する開放方向に動作されることにより、可変に調節可能である形式の装置において、
前記閉鎖体(16,16A)の閉鎖運動を的確に遅延させる遅延装置(20,20A)が設けられ、
前記遅延装置(20)は、前記閉鎖体(16)が前記第1の貫流開口(14.1)を閉鎖する閉鎖方向への運動を、該閉鎖体(16)が前記第1の貫流開口(14.1)を開放する開放方向への運動よりも遅延させる
ことを特徴とする、流体の流れを絞るための装置。 - 前記遅延装置(20)が、リップ(22.1)を備えた摩擦部材(22)を有しており、該摩擦部材(22)は、前記閉鎖体(16)と前記鉢状のベース体(14)の内壁(14.2)との間に配置されていて、前記閉鎖体(16)の前記閉鎖方向及び前記開放方向に依存する摩擦を発生させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記摩擦部材(22)は、該摩擦部材(22)の前記リップ(22.1)が前記鉢状のベース体(14)の前記内壁(14.2)に沿ってガイドされるように、前記閉鎖体(16)の収容部(24)内に配置されているかまたは前記閉鎖体(16)に一体成形されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記摩擦部材(22)は、前記閉鎖体(16)の開放方向で、より低い摩擦値を有し、前記閉鎖体(16)の閉鎖方向で、より高い摩擦値を有していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記遅延装置(20A)は、エラストマばね(22A)として構成されたばね部材(18A)を有し、
前記エラストマばね(22A)は、ストロークの増加する過程における反発力が該ストロークの減少する過程における同じストロークであるときの反発力に比較して大きくなるヒステリシス特性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記閉鎖体(16A)の閉鎖運動の遅延が、前記エラストマばね(22A)の材料選択および/または幾何学形状選択によって予め設定されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 流体を圧送するためのピストンポンプ(1,1A)であって、ピストンと、ポンプシリンダ(5)と、吸入バルブと吐出バルブとの間に配置された圧力室とを有しており、流体の流れ方向で見て前記吐出バルブの後ろに、流体の流れを絞るための手段(10)が設けられている形式のピストンポンプにおいて、
前記絞り手段が、請求項1から6までの少なくともいずれか1項に記載の流体の流れを絞るための装置(10)として構成されていることを特徴とする、流体を圧送するためのピストンポンプ。 - 前記遅延装置(20,20A)は、ピストンポンプ(1,1A)の第1の運転形式において、前記流体の流れが、ポンプストロークの所定回数後に静的な絞り箇所(11)において制限されて、動的な絞り箇所(12,12A)により形成されたバイパスによって架橋されるように、設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記遅延装置(20,20A)は、第2の運転形式において前記静的な絞り箇所(11)が接続されて、圧力に依存することなしに流体の流れを絞るように、設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載のピストンポンプ。
