記述されているモル濃度は、それぞれの場合に問題のポリエステルの酸分を基準とする。

Claims (10)
- 半製品であって、前記半製品は、金属芯層と、5重量%から70重量%のヒドロキシ官能フルオロポリマー、脂肪族もしくは脂環式ジカルボン酸もしくはポリカルボン酸またはこれらのものの誘導体と脂肪族もしくは脂環式ジオールもしくはポリオールとに基づく5重量%から70重量%のポリエステルであって、前記ポリエステル中において脂肪族もしくは脂環式ジカルボン酸もしくはポリカルボン酸またはそれらのものの誘導体の酸含有量に占める割合が100モル%であるポリエステル、2重量%から25重量%の架橋剤、0.01重量%から2重量%の架橋触媒、最大20重量%の紫外線吸収剤および最大10重量%の紫外線安定剤を含む調合物を有するポリマーコーティングと、を有する半製品であって、前記芯層に金属防食層が提供されていることと、前記金属防食層は、前記芯層に対して腐食からの陰極保護を示すことと、を特徴とする半製品。
- 前記芯層は、鋼で作られた少なくとも1つの層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の半製品。
- 前記金属防食層は、亜鉛、アルミニウム、スズ、マグネシウムまたはこれらのものの合金を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の半製品。
- 前記芯層の厚さは、0.2mmから4mm、前記ポリマーコーティングの厚さは、乾燥および架橋後に0.5μmから200μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の半製品。
- 前記金属防食層の厚さは、1μmから200μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の半製品。
- 前記ポリマーコーティングは、有機および/または無機顔料または染料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の半製品。
- 半製品のコーティングのためのプロセスであって、以下のステップ、
A.金属芯層の提供、
B.金属防食層による前記金属芯層のコーティング、
C.5重量%から70重量%のヒドロキシ官能フルオロポリマーと、脂肪族もしくは脂環式ジカルボン酸もしくはポリカルボン酸またはこれらのものの誘導体と脂肪族もしくは脂環式ジオールもしくはポリオールとに基づく5重量%から70重量%のポリエステルであって、前記ポリエステル中において脂肪族もしくは脂環式ジカルボン酸もしくはポリカルボン酸またはそれらのものの誘導体の酸含有量に占める割合が100モル%であるポリエステルと、2重量%から25重量%の架橋剤と、0.01重量%から2重量%の架橋触媒と、最大20重量%の紫外線吸収剤と、最大10重量%の紫外線安定剤と、を含む調合物を有するポリマーコーティングの適用、および
D.続く前記ポリマーコーティングの乾燥および/または焼成、
を含む、プロセス。 - 前記防食層の適用(ステップB)およびポリマーコーティングの適用(ステップC)の後に熱処理が行われることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のプロセス。
- 前記結果として得られるコーティングは、さらに別の耐引っかき性コーティング、導電層、防汚コーティングおよび/または反射増加層または他の光学的に機能性の層と共に提供されることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載のプロセス。
- 自動車製造における、包装のための、家庭用装置のためのまたは建設分野におけるファサードおよび屋根の建築のための、インテリアおよび表面仕上げの調整における、およびまた他の金属構造体の設計/構築における、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の半製品の使用。
