Description
Claims (10)
- 流体を調量するための弁(1)であって、
電磁アクチュエータ(2)と、
前記アクチュエータ(2)により操作可能な弁ニードル(9)であって、弁座面(8)と協働してシール座を成す弁閉鎖体(24)を操作するために役立つ前記弁ニードル(9)と、を備え、
ハウジング(19)に対して相対的に固定されたストッパ面(18)であって、操作された際にはアーマチャ(4)がそれに当たる前記ストッパ面(18)が設けられる、前記弁(1)において、
弁ニードルガイド部(25)が設けられ、前記弁ニードルガイド部(25)は、シール座が閉鎖される際には前記弁ニードル(9)が密に案内され、前記ハウジング(19)に対して相対的に固定された前記ストッパ面(18)に前記アーマチャ(4)が当たる際には、前記弁ニードル(9)が遊びを持って案内されるよう構成され、
前記アーマチャ(4)は、前記ハウジング(19)に対して相対的に固定された前記ストッパ面(18)の方を向いた端面(11)を有し、前記密な案内は、当該案内の際に、前記弁座面(8)により決定される長手軸(7)が前記端面(11)に対して直交して方向付けられるように構成され、前記遊びを持たせた案内は、前記長手軸(7)に対して前記弁ニードル(9)が傾くことが可能となるように構成され、前記ストッパ面で前記アーマチャ(4)の前記端面(11)が平行に位置決めされた際に、前記傾きが生じる、ことを特徴とする、弁(1)。 - 前記ハウジング(19)に対して相対的に固定された前記ストッパ面(18)に前記アーマチャ(4)が当たった際の前記遊びを持たせた案内は、当該ストッパ面(18)に対
して前記アーマチャ(4)が平行平面的に接触しうるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁。 - 前記弁ニードルガイド部(25)は、前記弁閉鎖体(24)を介して前記弁ニードル(9)を案内することを特徴とする、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記弁ニードルガイド部(25)、及び、前記弁座面(8)は、ノズル本体(22)に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記ハウジングに対して相対的に固定された前記ストッパ面(18)は、内部磁極(5)上に形成され、前記内部磁極(5)は、ハウジング部分(21)と接合されており、前記ノズル本体(22)は、少なくとも間接的に前記ハウジング部分(21)と接合されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の弁。
- 前記アーマチャ(4)は、前記弁ニードル(9)上を移動可能に案内され、前記弁ニードル(9)には、当該弁ニードル(9)に対して固定されるストッパ要素(14)であって、開放方向(6)行われる開放に寄与する操作の際に前記アーマチャ(4)がそれに当たる前記ストッパ要素(14)が設けられ、前記アーマチャ(4)は、当該アーマチャ(4)が前記ハウジング(19)に対して相対的に固定された前記ストッパ面(18)に当たるまで、前記弁ニードル(9)を前記ストッパ要素(14)で前記開放方向(6)に一緒に運ぶことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記弁ニードルガイド部(25)は、少なくとも1つのガイド面(28)を有し、前記ガイド面(28)と前記弁座面(8)により決定される長手軸(7)との間隔(50)は、開放方向(6)に少なくとも区間単位で増大することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記ガイド部は、少なくとも1つのガイド面(28)を有し、前記ガイド面(28)は、前記弁座面(8)により決定される長手軸(7)に対して、少なくとも区間単位で円錐状に及び/又は少なくとも区間単位で少なくとも階段状に広がり、又は前記長手軸(7)から遠ざかることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記弁ニードルガイド部(25)は、ガイドリブ(26、27)有し、及び/又は、前記シール座への前記流体の案内のために役立つ凹部(29)を有し、及び/又は、開放方向(6)へ操作される際に前記アーマチャ(4)がそれに当たる前記ストッパ要素(14)が設けられ、前記ストッパ要素(14)は、前記弁ニードル(9)のための回転軸(36)が実現されるように案内されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 内燃機関のための燃料噴射弁であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
